the most disgusting place i’ve ever been in. the workers neglect the customers and one sandwich takes 20 mins. i had to witness the workers arguing and talking to family for almost an hour while i waited in line. the cheese is not properly cut or maintained and it’s very surprising everyone who eats here doesn’t get food poisoning

Me and my fiancé always go to this subway and every time we enjoyed our experience. Tonight however was one experience I have never had. I don’t personally like calling people out by name but subway your worker chad messed up more than once. Starting off with my fiancé’s sandwich before ever making it ripped the end of the bread all up then My fiancé ordered a chicken bacon ranch melt, chad made the sandwich but never put ranch on it at first before toasting it. His co-worker asked him if he put the sauce on and chad said “he said he didn’t want any” which is a lie cause he never said that so he already toasted it and my fiancé ordered a chicken bacon ranch so clearly he’s gonna get ranch on it even if it’s been toasted already. After he added it and it was time to cut it chad cut it very poorly and decided to just rip it in half where he “cut it”. I got a Buffalo chicken melt there is suppose to be ranch on it and he never put ranch on it. Not to mention the cheese didn’t even melt and we didn’t notice till we got home. After bagging mine and my fiancé’s food we go home and this is how we received our sandwich. The picture attached is exactly how my fiancé’s sandwich looked as well. I love this subway but tonight was just a very poor experience.

Ordered online 4 foot longs. No cheese not toasted and my grilled chicken was very cold. Sent a report to store basically lying to me about her surveillance showing what they did which I believe is full of shut. Not going back they suck.

Never have I ever seen every employee walk in the back while a customer was in the lobby. And not making food correctly is an added negative. They have courses in customer service look them up, Covid isn’t an excuse anymore.

The friendly young man who took my family’s order of subs has worked there for a while now, and has become acquainted with many of the townsfolk in Tellico Plains, TN. He worked quickly and efficiently to get our order correct. Those signs were so good. The cookies were just right; my grandchildren enjoyed them later during the Christmas movie.

My diet consists of gluten and dairy free and they were more than understanding about needing to change their gloves to keep down the chance of CC between foods. They did an awesome job at putting my salad together! Thanks guys!!

I usually don’t like to say names of the workers but Chad was awesome he made my sandwich very well and I plan on returning and hopefully Chad is working cause he made my sandwich very and hope he makes my next sandwich.
