Food is fresh and delicious. Customer service is great too. I was happy with my custom order they made them quicker than expected and usually I bought ready made sushi in the display cooler that were tasty and freshly made. I will definitely go back there again. Welcome to our Neighbour. My son’s favorite is California crunchy and grilled salmon rolls and I love dragon rolls and fish are so fresh and price is reasonable. My husband loves salmon poke bowl. I definitely recommend it.

Excellent sushi. They offer premade so you don’t have to wait, but also will make it for you right there, and quickly. I asked for a specific roll and it was made in only a few minutes. Can’t comment on other dishes, but the kitchen was clean and it was a nice ambiance. Not necessarily good for large group gatherings, but perfect for stopping in for a quick respite between running around for work.

Very clean and the foood is soooo good, my wife loves Japanese and Korean food and she loves her salmon avocado and I got the tonkotsu ramen. Really good and the people are kind and polite.

I was limited to only the few items left in the small open fridge up front. It was near the end of the day, so there was not much to choose from – about two sushi choices, plus quite a few chopped fruit bowls. It was only about two hours before close, so I can’t imagine that everything was already packed up. They declined to make anything from the menu. The employee was not friendly. I had originally made an online order and the order, while I was in the store, was cancelled after about 15min after it was placed. I was never informed of this nor was I greeted the entire time that I was in the store – about 30-40min. I tried to catch the employee’s attention, and they purposely looked down or away, to avoid me. It was weird, unfriendly, avoidant behavior. I was excited to have found this cute sushi place, with a great menu. If they decline to make items on their menu and provide such terrible customer service, I won’t be going there again.

The food was disappointing overall. The ramen lacked the requested spice and instead included banana peppers, and the bao buns were overly hard and not enjoyable

Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. They advertise made to order but insist on you getting something out of the fridge and are quite rude about it. The first 2 times I put up with it and ate the low quality fridge sushi. I just left without food because they refused to make me a roll that was not in the fridge. I’ll not be going back which is a shame because if they had even decent sushi and decent service, I’d be there every week. You’re better off getting your sushi from the commissary.

Upon entering the establishment with another customer, we greeted the staff multiple times, but received no response. After nearly five minutes, a male employee emerged from the back, failing to acknowledge either of us. When I inquired about ordering from the menu, he directed me to the pre-made items, which appeared to have been sitting out for some time. The other customer requested a California roll, but it was not available in the display cooler. The employee refused to prepare one, citing a lack of cooked rice, and suggested we return in 30 minutes. He provided the same instruction to me, recommending that I return in 30 minutes if I desired a freshly prepared item. In comparison to their previous location at the PX, I found the quality of food and customer service at this establishment to be subpar. Consequently, I intend to patronize the commissary in the future, as this location falls short of meeting the standards expected of a sushi restaurant.

UPDATE: We are ALL sick! Nauseous and or throwing up. Hit us all within 10 minutes of each other!

Honesty was very disappointing. The PX one was MUCH better! We spent $40 and everything was old, stale, and just not good AT ALL! The crispy pieces on top of the crab rolls and tempura shrimp were extremely soggy and gross! The bao was very very dry and flavorless. The guy was also rude and when my husband asked for a tempura roll he just walked over to the cold bar and pointed to one that was already there. No words. What happened? The PX one was SO good!?

Food was delicious! We tried the poke bowl, california roll, veggie roll, and miso soup. Service was great! We didn’t even order the soup but the server brought us some, so kind!

Tried to order something off the menu and the employee kept pointing to the already made selection. The owner(?) happened to be there and come out after mine and the employee going back and forth three times. He then explained what I was trying to order and how to make it, then disappeared.

This guy looked super annoyed the whole time… Gave me my roll, completely unfriendly—didn’t even respond to me when I said “thank you” and STILL begrudgingly tipped with the iPad prompt. He then picked up the stack of plastic bags apparently not intending to give me one since he started walking away with it at the same time I started reaching for one…
“you want a bag”
“Yes, please”
(Proceeds to hand me a bag and walk away so I bag it myself)
I was originally planning to eat in, but felt so unwelcome from the second I walked in that I decided to eat the sushi in my car. I won’t be back.
