Everything was amazing. I tried it two days in a row. On the first day, I had the oxtail and jerk chicken—everything was outstanding, very fresh and delicious, and the portions were very large. They made a cocktail with passion fruit, and it was incredibly tasty. The prices are very reasonable compared to other places. Vegan options are also available.
On the second day, I tried the red snapper, and it was fantastic. I could go to this restaurant again and again. Thank you.

The man who runs this restaurant is amazing. We went in based on reviews for a birthday dinner and we told him our dietary preferences and he whipped up specialized meals for 6 of us all on his own, gave us free samples of his fresh juices and drinks, and gave us exceptional service. Chatting with him was a highlight, but the food was also amazing. Vegan dishes were some of the best I have had, especially for the area. The non vegans had oxtail, jerk chicken, and curry goat all with rave reviews. For the price, serving size is more than worth the price you pay. I would come back again and again for the experience and the food. Cant recommend this place enough. Hard to locate but we called and he walked us inside! Its down an alley so its not an easy find, but make your way over and my boy will take care of you. What a hidden gem! Came home with leftovers that are enough for a second meal and I cant wait!

Exceptional food! It’s been a long time since every member of my family — a mix of vegetarian, pescatarian, omnivore and carnivore — was this impressed with a local restaurant. The menu offers fantastic options that truly cater to all dietary preferences. The spices are incredible, the presentation is vibrant, and everything tastes fresh, authentic and delicious.

I LOVE this restaurant. The owner is incredibly genuine, warm & kind. Sent my husband with a free mango passion fruit juice & it was the best juice I’ve ever had. The vegan food here is the best in all of Connecticut, at least! The texture & flavor of the spring chicken & ribs (both vegan) were seriously incredible. The ribs were charred. The chicken was tender. If I lived close, I’d eat here way too much. Thank you!

My company and I were new to town & saw the reviews about this place. Let me say it was better than we could have imagined! We went 2 days in a row! The portions were amazing & the flavors were on point! He also shows vegans so much love with an extensive menu made with the same amount of love & attention to detail as the non vegan food. We met the chef himself and I’d trust anything he makes. Thank you again for a great experience!

I love this place. Never disappoints. Personally I’m vegan and it’s a must try if you are too. He also makes very delicious non vegan meals as well that my family has tried. Oh my gosh, me and my partner have been there twice already, and now it’s our favorite spot for when we visit connecticut.
The FOOD was 20/10, literally breaks the scale, the chef is so passionate about what he’s doing and you can just tell by his outstanding customer service.
The food was so good it had me in tears.
We tried both vegan and non vegan dishes.
That is definitely a place I would recommend.
