My burrito was like a ball. Completely uneven distribution of ingredients, zero structural integrity, and barely any meat. It was super gooey also, don’t think they drained the bean juice.

CHICKEN IS ALWAYS BURNT=CANCER
If you didn’t already know, burnt food causes cancer…
When I say that the food is always burnt.. I means always. I kindly ASKED the SUPERVISOR if she could do anything about the chicken getting burnt and she said there’s nothing she can do.. “that’s just the way it’s made on the grill”.

No wonder America has so much cancer, sad to see a campus not worry about their students’ health.

Also, I have a meal plan so basically my food has already been paid for. I don’t eat red meat so chicken is my option THAT I DON’T HAVE ANYMORE.

Found plastic in my food too!! This is terrible.. can we be more careful about this.

Absolutely abhorrent portion sizes. Received the smallest portion of meat I have ever gotten at any restaurant. For over $13, its incredibly stingy when all the other restaurants in the food court here give you far more. Avoid the tacos here if you’re looking to be full.

Should also add that this location uses AI generated images instead of actual photos in the kiosks.. gross.

Paid $13 for 3 pieces of chicken and half a scoop of rice.

I reaaaallllyyy don’t want to be that girl that gives bad reviews, but no matter what meat you get, it’s either burnt or fatty.
Some new guy said a completely different name for me, and I didn’t know my food was ready until I checked 22 minutes AFTER I placed my order. Then he proceeds to make jokes that just weren’t appropriate in that setting. Also, portions are ridiculously small. Why am I spending $13 for a singular scoop of rice and a few pieces of burnt chicken? Idk lol
Anyway, it’s not bad for campus food but there are so many things they can improve on it’s ridiculous.

I’ve tried this place five times, everything is decent, but the fajita veggies are never cooked. There EXTREMELY salty aswell. They will also run out of stuff later in the day and not tell you unless you walk all the way back and ask about it. How does a place like this run out of sour cream and salsa? Doesn’t make sense

Not a fan of the self checkout kiosk that they are going to be forcing upon us. Aramark just wants to find more ways to save money at our expense.

Also there are no covers for the food, meaning the food is often contaminated from other foods you did not request. One of my friends experience an allergy reaction and had to go to the clinic on campus immediately to receive aid as they believe there was likely a drip from a sauce that landed on food they were served when they did not order the sauce. Also the meat is consistently overcooked and often is burned, which ruins the overall flavor as all I can taste is burnt carbon.

Good service. Love the chicken bowl, great atmosphere. Portions are smaller than chipotle but free queso and guacamole. Chips are saltier than many places, prices vary on budgets. I think overall experience was good but for my first time I would’ve expect more. Visit and see for yourself!

Since my Freshman year, I had loved going to this place to eat as it offered variety of freshly cooked food. However, this year they have been constantly getting bad in terms of the menu, quality/quantity of food, and customer service while keeping the same high prices. I think it is due to Aramark taking over and who ever the new management of Qdoba is here at UCF. I regret going there as I feel they are ripping off students with such a horrible food service and high prices. Today I ordered a bowl and they served me in way smaller bowl than the actual Qdoba bowl. When I asked if they changed their bowls, the old lady said they were “borrowing bowls” because they ran out. I noticed the bowl was from Pollo Tropical and asked to confirm and she rudely replied saying that yes they were “borrowing.” It was the small bowl from Pollo Tropical which is not quantitatively equal to the serving size of regular Qdoba bowl. On top of that, they didn’t have the rice as they were still cooking and once it was finally “ready”, it was still uncooked, and ran out of veggies, and chicken. Like how in the world can you be so bad in management that you have to go to your competitor to “borrow” serving ware and still serve such a bad quality food while showing a rude face. I am disgusted by the whole service. I DO NOT recommend anyone to go there until they change their management and service quality.

Food was good and reasonably priced for a burrito chain. The chips were over salted but they gave me a ton for $1. Guac did not cost extra, a huge bonus. Overall tasty and good experience.
