DO NOT EAT HERE PLEASE
I ordered a Chicken BACON Ranch sandwich, picked it up and headed to my house. Got home, sat down, put a show on, went to take a bite of my sandwich and bout threw up because my sandwich was wrong. I was in a good mood, this kinda messed it up but accidents happen right? I had the correct receipt but wrong stuff on my sandwich. So I get up and drive back to the subway to get another one. Now they’re out of the bread I wanted and out of the chicken I wanted. Very unfortunate but hey, at least I get my chicken bacon ranch right? I check my sandwich when I get to my car and there’s no bacon on it either now apparently. I just decided to leave since either the employee can’t read or maybe I ordered in hieroglyphics. Plus they’ve been out of supplies multiple times (3+) that I’ve been there. This subway absolutely BLOWS. DO NOT EAT HERE PLEASE

Well the 6 inch sandwich is getting smaller and still more expensive, I can remember when the line was out the door constantly and now you’ve got the whole store to yourself. The sandwiches are not worth what you’re charging, but it’s okay ask Blimpie subs how that worked out for them.

Served by 6824 per receipt if you are too you’re in very good hands they ran out of meatballs before 6pm, but the young man with blonde hair went above and beyond to serve me and the sandwich was delicious. Thanks again.

This is the only subway that puts half the normal amount of meat on sub. The small amount of meat you can’t even taste it on the sandwich. I’m guessing the owner told them to cut it in half. Sad to say this is my last time going there. The sandwich was not good

Crazy slow! Took 30 to get my sandwich with only 2 people in front of me , they take 15 minutes with each sandwich. Ridiculously slow won’t ever be returning, and allat waiting the food wasn’t even that good or fresh. They have no drive to get orders done fast.

Terrible customer service, my partner and I were treated very rudely, they didn’t give us the bread we wanted, and not only that, the type of meat we ordered was cold, and they still answered us in a bad way.

Ridiculously slow. Management sees employees struggle and don’t do nothing to help except to try and crack jokes with customers. Also the air conditioning broke multiple times and the employees look like they’re about to pass out from the heat.

5 for your employees. You yourself should be ashamed and not have only 1 person working the walkins and online orders. This seems like a corporate issue; guess I will take it to there. Fyi the reason you have lowering ratings. Stop thinking you can play the system and stuff your pockets.

Great experience, love the new guy who makes the subs ACTUALLY look like there suppose to. Unlike some, he was AWESOME. Loaded them up & they were perfect. He works at the one in Meraux, LA!
