Very sweet gentleman there. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak online and couldn’t find where the wrap option was and put it in as a note hoping they’d read it saying, “can I get this in a wrap? If not, I’ll take it with the bread option I chose.” Not getting my hopes up, I opened the wrapping thinking they choose the bread option and discovered they made into a wrap!! I was so happy when I realized this in the car. Btw, delicious meal option. I added avocado to mine! And I added the chips and drink combo.

I ordered a Portobello Mushroom on Rosemary and very disappointing. It was extremely skimpy with hardly any toppings, leaving mostly bread. When I took it out of the bag, it felt unusually light, and upon opening it, I was shocked at how little was inside.

I love this location! The staff alone is worth mentioning, such a positive experience every time you walk in. The way these artists prepare what’s already a menu item is different because I feel they put love into it regardless. Almost like they were making it for themselves. Can’t recommend this location enough

Update 6/24/25… Tried the sandwich that’s going across the internet has to do with tuna and adding all these ingredients… I love Jersey Mike’s but I’m not a fan of tuna to begin with… But I gave it a shot… Everything on their menu is excellent…

Delicious!! I checked out this new location tonight and it did not disappoint. I ordered the #17 Philly cheesesteak and it was giving what it was supposed to give!!!!Lots of steak, lots of cheese and yummy chunky peppers and onions. It looked so good I couldn’t even get a picture before I was half way through. Me and hubby will be back! The customer service was great too, a friendly hard working crew. I did have to wait a bit but that’s expected during the dinner rush at a new location.

I ate here the evening of 6/11/24. I don’t live near a Jersey Mike’s, but I frequent the one in Euliss off Trinity Blvd. That location has always impressed me with their friendly and efficient staff, and fresh well-prepared food. This location did have a clean store, and their ingredients seemed up to par as well. The tall skinny kid who greeted me and asked what he could get started for me was friendly. This is enough to earn two stars. However, the dad with two younger boys behind me must have been a regular, because a second employee for some reason thought it was appropriate to interrupt me half way through my order to tell the young man serving me what All Three of the gentlemen behind me were Probably going to order, including any variations from the menu each of them might have in their orders. (As if the young man serving me would have remembered it all anyways). So the young man serving me, rightfully, said that he’s just going to ask them their orders anyways, just to be safe, and then he was able to get back to serving me. Once I was passed on to a third guy for my veggies. Apparently, I should start asking for Half the amount of oil & vinegar with “Mike’s way” and then ask for more if it’s not enough, because this guy Doused it! I mean it was running out both ends of my wrap before he was even finished. And then he laid my bacon side to side so it wasn’t long ways with the wrap when he attempted (mostly unsuccessfully) to wrap it all up. It was all such a wet mess that the entire outside of the tortilla was soaked as he was wrapping it up. The ends of the tortilla were soggy by the time I sat down to eat at a table. (Pictured) There is No Way I could have eaten this in my truck. I had to wrap 4 or 5 napkins around the tortilla just to hold and eat it.
Quite the letdown, seeing as I consider Jersey Mike’s to be my favorite sub place, Especially compared to subway.
As a business owner, I have learned the hard way the importance of being slow to hire and quick to fire. I realize the labor pool for this kind of job is not great, but if the Euliss store (and the kid who served me at first) can do a good job, they should be able to hire others who can as well.
I’ll continue eating at Jersey Mike’s, but not this one.

We’ve had some delicious sandwiches from this location. All have been DoorDash delivered. But the sandwich we received tonight was just downright insulting in its preparation… WAY too much of whatever sauce was on this sandwich. (I don’t know what it is because this wasn’t the sandwich I ordered). The bread was SOAKED in it. I would just like to ask the people who made this sandwich if this is something they would eat…

One guy was already working with a customer and 2 ladies come in and both of them saw me didn’t say anything to me one of lady just went straight to a online order never said anything to me and other lady saw me didn’t ask me anything just stood there and saw me so I out my bags chips jack and walk out and they still didn’t say anything at all

I had called and asked for my order to be pushed back to 2:15. Because I made a mistake while ordering it. The gentleman insured me that they would not make my sandwich until 2:00 p.m. and it would be ready by 2:15 for pickup. I go to get my sandwich and it is ice cold. They made it at 1:00 p.m. this is the third time this has happened where I’ve picked up a hot sandwich and it has been cold cold. They always seem to mess up an order when I have to pick it up. I will never go back to this location
