I hate to leave a negative review but I personally run a resturaunt and would be furious if I found out that my staff acted this way. The gentleman at at the register was vaping while taking my order and blew vape smoke right in my direction. He was also completely out of uniform. Too often do I see management let evening/ late shifts slide with poor service and low standards. Unfortunately that appears to be the case at this location. I might give them another chance if issues like this get addressed.

I cannot express how much Emily and the rest of the crew at this Dunkin make my mornings so much better. Generally, drive thru takes 2-3 minutes at most and they always have such a positive attitude. The sweet notes and sweet smiles show their care.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered 25 glazed munchkins and a Large French Vanilla cappuccino. I tried to pay with a $100 bill and they refused to accept it. There are no signs posted stating they don’t. The lady who refused to accept my payment was rude as hell! I pay with my card and they hand me my food. I was only given 19 of my munchkins and my “large” beverage was only 1/2 full. I will never spend my money at this establishment again. Is basic customer service too much to ask for these days? I have filed a complaint with cooperate office.
