I visited Pho Barr recently and had a mixed experience. The spring rolls were decent, but really skimpy on meat, which was disappointing. However, the pho was flavorful and satisfying with a rich broth that was piping hot. Overall, the meal was good, but I wish the spring rolls had a bit more meat in it.
Service was good, we came in and seated ourselves. We didn’t have just one person come, it was 3 different people that came by to check on us or give us our food. The atmosphere was very welcoming. Small, but has many tables all with enough room to walk around.

I ate everything. Springrolls chicken was not like the best or freshest. The vermicelli is like a fast food version. Not like Pho Hai Van or Nobis pub. Would I eat it again, sure. If I’m at work. Ehhhh. I’ll try something different next time and will update my review.

I ordered takeout today, and the entire experience was extremely disappointing. Even though my order was already paid for, the staff couldn’t locate it until I showed my receipt. I ended up waiting about 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged the issue, and only after I asked I was told my food would be ready in “10 more minutes.” Meanwhile, I stood by watching multiple dine-in customers receive their meals promptly while I was ignored.
When I asked for compensation or at least a small discount for the inconvenience, I was told that wasn’t possible. I spent my entire lunch break waiting for my order, and considering my job is only five minutes away, that added even more frustration.
To make things worse, the broth was lukewarm and the meat didn’t cook through as it should in hot pho broth (as shown in the photo). The noodles had only a few pieces of meat, and the quality did not reflect the price. I really tried to be patient and understanding, but it was clear my time and experience were not a priority to them. I also witnessed other customers complaining, which confirmed the dysfunction I was seeing.
In the end, I was given a canned soda as compensation for my “lovely experience,” which honestly felt dismissive. Overall, a horrible experience—I won’t be returning and I’ll be sharing this experience with my colleagues so they know what to expect and can avoid the same issues.

It’s so amazingly delicious and hot! Perfect place to eat during those cold days or any day tbh! The pho is so good and my experience with customer service has been positive.

I absolutely love this place. I am a soup lover by nature so I eat pho everywhere I go. There’s this by far the best! They also have the best Vietnamese eggrolls around, so crunchy. My friend says eating here makes his teeth feel good! this is not our first time here and it’s the same quality service and food every time.

First time here I tried the Tofu Vermicelli Bowl… Guys, the service size was massive! I had a good amount left over. I honestly had forgotten that I overheard tofu… At first glance, it looked like Chicken. ♀️ It was delicious. The BBQ Pork spring rolls are also amazing. They are pretty big in size and the peanut sauce is pretty good. The Pho Ma and the Pho Bo were amazing as well. I do not have a bad thing to say about this restaurant. The wait staff has always been friendly and accommodating. Even my picky kind enjoyed his Pho Ma (it was his first time having Pho) So I was surprised that he actually ate it all.

This would be my third time at Pho Bar at this Deer Park location. The restaurant is kept very clean and the service is excellent. The food is very good. It is strictly a Vietnamese menu. I have only tried a handful of the menu options. What I have tried is the vermicelli bowl, and the beef pho. On this visit I did try the grilled ribeye with rice plate. Very good and I would recommend it. My wife tried the chicken rice plate. She enjoyed it. I did try some of the chicken off her plate cuz I was curious. The chicken was very good. It had good flavor but to me it had a funny taste at the end where I couldn’t place it. Kinda like it was the oil that they cooked it in or something. But I want to say what stole the show was the Mama Special Egg Rolls. Something about those egg rolls. They are small but they have a lot of flavor. Everything was good but the next visit for sure, we’re definitely getting more of those special egg rolls.

I ordered the grilled chicken vermicelli with 2 egg rolls, this food was absolutely amazing.
The flavor was immaculate, when I mixed everything with Sriracha and hoisin sauce, It in a way boosted the flavor while adding its own.
This place is a hidden gem and highly underrated

Ordered the fried garlic tofu banh mi and let me tell you, that sandwich was not worth $8.50. To start off with, it was small (about the size of a hot dog)which wouldn’t be that big of a deal if it was quality. The bread itself was very hard and tough to chew. The tofu tasted nothing of garlic and was way over fried because it was tougher to chew than the bread. Veggies were literally tossed to just one side, I had to literally remake it. Just couldn’t finish it, my jaw started to hurt.
I’ve ordered from here twice and the staff is always nice and the atmosphere seems pleasant. 2 bad meals in a row felt reason to review.
