Normally I go to the rice bowl cause they never ever disappoint, but I didn’t wanna drive that far so I took a chance on this place, ive heard from a friend it was good so why not, but I’m so disappointed, the food just wasn’t good, it had a smell to it that turned my stomach the moment I opened the bag, but I still tried everything. I got chicken and broccoli with friend rice and Rangoon which was the only thing that was decent. The rest was just a fat waste of 18 dollars! I mean they are friendly but the restaurant looks unappealing and dark, that should’ve been my sign! I won’t ever go back to this place and just stick with my usual when I want Chinese. I should’ve cooked at home, serves me right I guess.

We have ordered from Fortune Pavilion many times. It’s a mom and pop restaurant with usually just two people working. Food is cooked fresh to order and is really consistent. The flavors are a little different from what I usually receive from other places. For example the crispy chicken is more spicy and less sweet. There is no inside dinning.

We frequently order Fortune Pavillion, but this time it was absolutely horrible. I called and let them know that chicken tasted like it had gone bad and asked for a refund. The lady just said to “come back” so we took the food back and again asked for a refund. She offered to remake parts of it, but it is about a 20 minute drive, and we didn’t want more-we didn’t want to take the chance on getting sick. She then began yelling and stated “she would go out of business” if she gave a refund. We left the food on the counter and just asked her to throw it away then, there was no point in taking it back home. She started screaming even further and then threatened to call the police. I have never experienced customer service like this before. We did not scream or escalate the situation in any way, she just became hostile. I am so disappointed by this restaurant!

I’ve never had sour crab rangoons until tonight. This was a delivery but that’s not the cause of the sour food. Doesn’t do any good to call they will not answer. No more orders from their business.

This used to be my go to takeout spot but for the past year it’s been absolutely disgusting. All of the sauces are thick and gooey and have a slimy consistency. The spring rolls are also very mushy. This last time we just threw it all in the trash and went out for something else.

We Had a Terrible Experience This Past Time we Ordered Take Out, Mind You After Spending $85 There; we Bought The “Peppers & Onion Steak” Meal, Not Knowing That it Was Actually Green Pepper n Onion we Thought it Was Seasoned Peppers we Brought it Home and Called in Telling Her That it Was Obviously Explained Wrong on The Menu and if She Would Possibly Remake it Due to Allergy Issues and no Way we Could Eatit and How we Would be Out of The Cash we Had Spent on The Meal, She Replied ” No,! You Order the Won’t Thing, Yelling at us, needless to say this is the last time we Will Order There.

Quality has gone down severely. This is our last time trying. Inedible noddles with a burnt grill taste and the veggies are never cooked all the way through.

I frequently make this the last stop on my way out of town and forego other restaurants. It’s always super fresh, hot and tasty I am from NYC and find it very good Chinese takeout. It’s only run by a nice couple and don’t expect a restaurant experience but there is a table to sit and eat if you didn’t want to take it out right away. It’s a typical Chinese takeout done very well with care about their quality and skill. The value is outstanding and I highly recommend it. My favorite so far.

The food is made fresh once ordered and it is delicious. I have several Chinese restaurants closer but this one is worth the extra 10 minute drive. They have the best General Tso around.
