This place has completely turned around since the new GM! She has a handle on things, she makes the best pies at the store hands down. She also knows how to treat customers and employees right! Order wasn’t ready but was all paid for. Went to pick up was given a 10.00 pizza and charged for it. My husband picked the order up . He had no clue what was going on. So he paid for pizza drove all the way home ended up driving back they hadn’t even started our order but we were charged for it. Told him to pull into a waiting stall he sat there for 20 minutes went in and they told him it’s been done we were waiting for you to come in. No one told him he had to come in and get it. Got the pizza home. Ordered a pan pizza got hand tossed. The pasta was good. Pizza hut you need to do better. Tried calling them but of course they were not taking calls again no. Sauk city pizza hut do better !!

Food is always good, service is good, but for the second time in a row, they have given me a 2 liter of regular Pepsi after I ordered diet. I don’t drink regular soda, so it’s just wasted here. I just really wish they would either grab the right soda, or not offer diet if they’re out.

It was OK. We ordered a Family Meal Box with two medium pans (said large online), cheesy breadsticks, and 8 boneless wings. I haven’t had Pizza Hut in a while and have to say it wasn’t as tasty as I remember.
That said, it was a reasonable price ($30), the service was fine, and four of us were truly stuffed with leftovers to spare.

Very understaffed. We’ve been waiting an hour and haven’t been told how long of a wait or anything. Management must be horrible here for them to be so understaffed.
We only ordered two pizzas and some wings. Each pizza takes typically 1 to 2 minutes to prepare and only 6 minutes through an oven. So how do they justify an hour wait with little to no communication. They have one girl waiting on the dining area and the pick up window and phones. Where is the manager during this? How hasn’t people do they have in the kitchen.
I worked pizza for 9 years and never have i left a customer feeling the way myself and my family feel right now.

They sent us home with one of the new spicy pizzas. I had four kids and four adults at our house that could not eat it.
When I called to ask the manager about making it right, he first told me that they don’t deliver to our house. Not true – we have been getting pizzas from there for six years. Then he told me they don’t have spicy marinara sauce. Also not true, it is on their menu. And then he hung up on me.
I went to the store to exchange the pizza. The staff immediately confirmed that it was the spicy marinara sauce and replaced it immediately. The manager refused to talk to me.
We have been coming here for years and have never been treated like that. We are very disappointed.

I ordered for pizzas for pickup three of them were decent, my large taco had had maybe a tablespoons worth of tomatoes on it same with onions, and the chips were still whole. I got the pizza and all I could think was they just wanted to hurry up and get it out of there. Keep in mind I ordered this at 10:30 in the morning for pick up at 11 a.m. they quoted me 15 minutes I told them I’d be there at 11 so I gave them an extra 15 minutes to do the pizzas my daughter’s cheese pizza was overcooked.

I live in Florida, and wanted to order a treat for my mom in Prairie du Sac. Unfortunately, the phone number in the app was incorrect, and they were unable to deliver. I gave them a shout, and they quickly remade the entire order and delivered it in a jiffy. They saved the day, and mom loved it. Thank you!

Full disclaimer: I did work here, once upon a time. The food is what you expect from a Pizza Hut, not terrible but not great. The service is lacking though. 1 in 3 times I order, my pizza will be wrong. In house, I always expect to wait 45 minutes for my pizza. The worst part, though, is the phone service. I can’t count how many times I have been hung up on or the phone just simply wasn’t answered. When they do answer, they often forget to take off discounts that have been mentioned, or incorrectly record the order.
