My friend has been talking about outback steakhouse so decided to try a bunch of appetizers. First and foremost, this place is dirty. The waitress was seating us at a booth that had a lot of dirty napkins and food under the table. I told her I was not going to sit there. She took us to another booth and the seats were dirty. Someone had to come clean the booth. The table still had some food pieces on it and under the table was a little better but still dirty. I ordered the volcano shrimp, bloom petals and coconut shrimp. I asked for everything to be made fresh and that I would wait on it. The bloom petals were cold along with the volcano shrimp. The volcano shrimp tasted more like a spicy ranch sauce. My friend ordered wings, baked potato and shrimp. He baked potato had two pieces of shredded cheese on there and barely any sour cream. She enjoyed the wings and the grilled shrimp. I also ordered a root beer that was full of ice and barely any root beer. I decided not to do dessert because I was just very disappointed overall of the service and food. I might just try another outback location but won’t be coming back here.

As soon as we walked in, we were being greeted and sat down within a min. Our server was Ken, and he was very prompt. The appetizers came out within 15 mins followed by our entree 7 mins later. It was a great experience, and we’ll be back!

The chicken wings appetizer was awesome and the food very filling! Love their honey mustard with fries and the Alice Springs Chicken was A great place to dine with the wife on our date escape xD Wish the people sitting in front of us weren’t such fans of the football team on TV tho #loud

This has to be one of the filthiest restaurants i’ve been in in a while. The tables have a grease layer on them, there were several tables that haven’t been cleared in a while and food all in the floor. The bathroom smells heavily of urine and there are boogers all over the walls (see photo). Outback corporate needs to pay them a visit.

I had a wonderful time here. The Sheilas’ room needed some work. Not a B there. The restaurant is clean. Our table was comfortable. Our food was prepared just as we asked. It was a lovely meal. We were not really thrilled that our food came all at once though. Appetizer first. Soup or salad next then the entrees. That did not happen. We even got our to go order before we were finished eating. Otherwise, a lovely meal. Cooked perfect.

The waitress and the wait staff was very accommodating and they were still greeting and smiling that close to closing. The manager had his staff under control and the atmosphere was great. My server was great she was there when I needed her and my glass was never empty. She got a good tip from me tonight.

My daughter and I love Outback in general but this was our first time visiting this location. Parking was efficient, and we found a spot right in front of the door We didn’t wait at all to be seated and our food came rather quickly. Establishment speared cleaned; although we never use their restroom. I would’ve given them a 5 if it wasn’t for two downsides: 1) pothole when turning into establishment, 2) I feel as though my waitress service could’ve been a bit quicker and a tad friendlier.

My husband took me here for Valentine’s Day. We have not been here in 5 years because of bad service and bad food.
Today was awesome!
Our server, Brice, was great! We had the Valentine special and had to bring half of it home. Great value.
The owner (not the Manager) came over and talked to us. My steak was cooked perfect.
Now that things have improved there we will be back.
