The Jersey Mike’s in Saco Maine should be shut down! The staff are incompetent, and I have never gotten an order correct there. Tonight was the icing in the cake and I have given them opportunities to improve. Order was “thrown away”, hurriedly remade and not remotely correct! Ordered a turkey club and ham/provolone and was given this garbage. Notice the food on floor and the
receipts in disarray!
Food on floor and staff didn’t speak English nor did they care.
Whoever the franchise owner is…. You need to do better! Absolutely disgusting and will never go again.

Nothing has changed at Jersey Mikes Saco ME, the counter & slicer is a festering mess of old food debris. What’s with Jersey Mikes Corp??? Don’t you look at reviews and/or follow up and check out these local places? Your good name is being soiled everyday at JM Saco!

Firstly, this JMs is the dirtiest I’ve even been in with lettuce, pieces of meat & cheese all over the slicer & counter, if that doesn’t discourage you, I ordered a #3 on white mini, women told me they had no minis she offered me a giant or regular. The woman next in line getting served by a 2nd person said 3 minis…and the woman took out 3 mini rolls from the glass cabinet . Then, I get home and the roll she used was not from the cabinet with the rest, but in a plastic bag. It was so dry and stale that I had to toss it. The crust was at least 1/4″ thick…I will never go to JMs Saco again.

We love jersey mikes. We did an online order and were told it would be ready at 630. I showed up at 640 and it was not ready. I stood in the store for 30 minutes before they even started making the order. They then went and worked on other orders. It was not until 725 when I approached the counter again seeing my sandwichs just sitting there. They then said oh we were busy and they wrapped my sandwichs and bagged them. No apology. Meanwhile people who walked in and ordered received the food right away. The staff ignored us and seemed very disorganized

Sadly an update is necessary to this review. The quality of the food has suffered a lot the last couple trips to this location. My roommate and I couldn’t find enough meat on our subs to taste any meat flavor. The bread was tough, and VERY dry. What little bit of cheese that was on the sandwich had almost no taste. Both of us felt the food quality was VERY poor.
There is a different sub store nearer to us than Jersey Mike’s. They will get our business in the future. The poor food quality makes the drive to Jersey Mike’s not worth going. I do not enjoy writing negative reviews, which is why I waited until the quality was poor on two consecutive occasions.
I walked in to order and was greeted quickly. They have an efficient setup to get sandwiches out quickly. At the first station you order the bread you want along with the meat and cheese. Next up are toppings and any sauces you want. This station also slices and wraps the sandwich. Then you move on to checkout and leave.
Along the way is an assortment of self-service individual sized chips and refrigerated beverages. They are setup to prepare a lot of sandwiches quickly and limiting waiting times at Jersey Mike’s without any sacrifice in the quality of the food. Jersey Mike’s is the best sub shop around. Good food at very reasonable prices and a great selection of breads & meats & cheeses & toppings as well as sauces awaits you at Jersey Mike’s.

1st time at Jersey Mikes. Very impressed with my Turkey & provolone on white. My wife’s tuna sub was quite substantial & my wife gave her sandwich a 5* rating. 3 size breads to choose from & 3 different breads to choose from. We opted for a mid sized sandwich which turned out to be very large & very filling. Yes we will come back to Jersey Mikes to try other subs.

Went to the Saco location tonight. Upon coming in we were greeted nicely byv1 employee. Ordered, the sandwich was passed to a lady that had a written attitude! Was hard to communicate….went to pay ( same lady ) changed my mind about using cash, wanted to use my CC. She got all pissy! After, seeing no tip, she was even meaner! Another employee was sitting in a chair on her phone. Maybe on break but looked unprofessional. Hopefully this improves! I almost feel like because we were caucasion, there was a problem. I hope not!

I should know what to expect when visiting JM’s. Every single time we’re disappointed. Last time was a year ago and now I remember why. This will likely be our last visit for a long while.
We placed our mobile order at 7:11 for a 7:45 pickup. I arrived at 7:55 and checked the pick up spot and just assumed it wasn’t ready so I was going to wait. One of the workers saw me and asked for the name on my order 5 times, 5!! My order was not available, they claimed “someone took it”. They remade the order, didn’t offer a refund, didn’t offer a discount, just looked at me like I was an idiot.
Now to the order, I paid for extra meat, didn’t get that on the Philly. My #7 made mikes way was literally soaking with vinegar and oregano, it was so much that it was overpowering and made the sandwich not even worth eating. I don’t know if it’s lack of training or just my draw.

Ordered online. App said an hour so I called to just double check so my hot subs wouldn’t be sitting getting cold. The lady on the phone was completely useless couldn’t give me an answer on how long till my two subs were done just kept saying it depends how many are in front of you. Obviously I already know that. I go in 45 min early to see a counter full of open subs with dirty receipt paper on them. My subs came out 5 min later so they would have been sitting for 40 min. Only ine guy out of the three there was working and attempting to get the other two to work too. Finally get home and the meat is dry and spoiled. Both myself and my husband now have food poisoning. So unless you want tainted meat don’t go here.

waiting for orders that haven’t been touched in half an hour. have been here waiting for an hour. order was supposed to be ready at 4:10. it’s 5:03 and it hasn’t been touched. i saw my name in the pile of slips that haven’t been looked at was tossed into the pile. person doing the to go didn’t even bother asking who was waiting. i asked about my orders. he proceeded to just say it was going to take a few more minutes it’s been 20 minutes. managers came in. saw how busy it was and no help. guess they don’t care about their stores reputation or workers. lettuce in a bucket on the floor, unsanitary i would get yelled at my restaurant if food was in a bucket on the ground. doesn’t deserve 1 star in my opinion. never coming back to this location again
