I went to Subway to order an Italian footlong, and the employee Stacy was not only extremely rude but showed clear racist behavior. She treated other customers normally, but when it was my turn, her tone changed—she spoke sharply, refused to answer simple questions, and acted as if serving me was a burden. She made dismissive comments under her breath and rushed me through the order while giving everyone else patience and courtesy. Her attitude was unprofessional, disrespectful, and made me feel unwelcome. Management needs to address this immediately, because no customer should deal with that kind of behavior.

I ordered a steak sub, once I got to the register I was told they are only allowed to ring in a Philly. That’s an up charge for double cheese. I don’t like cheese and prefer not to have it at all. So seems like you are bolstering your cheese inventory at the cost of the customer. Scammy. Steak sub is 9.99 on YOUR menu. Instead charges me 11.39. RIP OFF. The excuse “our manager says that we have to do it this way”. That’s stealing from your customers.

Worst experience ever! Never have I ever had such a bad experience at a subway. The employee that made our sandwich had long nails and could not make our sandwich properly. Since she couldn’t make our sandwich she kept grunting and gave us so much attitude. She threw her gloves in the trash and just let her co-worker finish our sandwich. When checking us out she just gave us unnecessary behavior. My family and I felt uncomfortable the whole time. Plus the employee had her hair in a very messy bun and the whole time I was checking if my sub didn’t have a hair. Do not recommend going here for food, and more if the same short blonde employee is working there.

The guy and girl making the sandwiches were incredibly slow, and the girl seemed lost half the time. Nobody was wearing hair nets around any of the food, even the girls with long ponytails, which is a major health code violation. Luckily we didn’t find any hair in our sandwiches (this time). The lettuce looked dry and like it was starting to go bad. Do not recommend.

Sign says cash only. So we get cash at the ATM 4$ charge. Then the subway lady says oven isn’t working and we said we want it cold. Subway lady says get it off the grab and go fridge.. we check the grab and go fridge and the subs didn’t have a time or date when they were made.. we go back to the subway lady and she had 3people in line making them subs. If you don’t serve a certain race/ species/ gender of people just say so…

Nice place to get great quality sub sandwiches and salads for a reasonable price. They have kid meals as well. Definitely have darn good sweet Tea. Have a huge menu of subs, salads, Pizza, etc to choose from. Even serves breakfast till 11am. Plenty of parking. Clean restaurant and restrooms. Handicap accessible. You can even done in as well. Certainly recommend this business to everyone!

Good people/staff in the morning/afternoon, not sure about the night staff though. Google has this locations schedule, says they are open, but if they don’t tell you they are closed, they leave you sitting in the drive thru completely ignoring you. Sitting in the drive-thru as I post this. Saw the girl inside cleaning, been over 15 minutes, no greeting yet. If Google has the schedule wrong, i’ll take this back.
