I’m beyond grateful that we selected Spring Valley Golf Club for our son’s recent celebration of life event. Vladimir Mocevic and his team exceeded my high expectations for presenting a beautifully appointed space, tables, food and food presentation area to our nearly-70 group that day. His evident expertise at our initial planning meeting left me more than confident that this venue was the perfect choice — all at a fraction of what other event centers charged! {Even the menu items, each one delicious, were offered at an extremely affordable cost, and we requested a custom offering — all easily handled}!
They accommodated every detail that we needed and worked to ensure fully-ready set-up that morning for the florist to enter and place arrangements. {I would heartily recommend Jodie Rettenhouse at Parker Blooms to supply gorgeous floral centerpieces and accents for your event….. she invests time to ensure your atmosphere meets your expectations}. The Spring Valley banquet space was also beautifully appointed with full Christmas decorations, thus adding to the stunning space presentation. Everyone assured me that this had been a most remarkable venue and luncheon, and was the perfect setting to honor our son. We heartily recommend Spring Valley Golf Club and its manager, Vladimir Mocevic, to host your upcoming event, make it perfect for your guests, and free you of concern for every detail. Three thumbs up for this local Elizabeth, CO establishment!

I had the chance to attend their preview of the brand-new brunch this week, and it was phenomenal. The menu is packed with creative, delicious options, and every dish I tried was a standout. I’m already excited to come back and make my way through all the weekly chef specials — if the preview is any indication, they’re going to be amazing!

Bluebird Restaurant & Tavern has been a longtime favorite spot for us, and one of the reasons we love it is its consistency. Being just down the road from our home, it has become a go-to for lunches and dinners, and now with their new brunch offering, it’s even better.
We recently stopped in for brunch and were once again impressed. The staff truly make the experience here special—they are friendly, attentive, and create an atmosphere where you feel not only welcomed but genuinely part of their extended family. That sense of belonging is something you don’t find often.
The food is always excellent, with a menu that offers plenty of great options. They frequently run specials, which makes it fun to try something new each visit. Whether you’re in the mood for comfort classics or something a little different, Bluebird always delivers.

The staff was incredible — they followed all of my recommendations, offered great advice, and truly went above and beyond to meet my expectations. Prior to a week ago, I first played this course about 12 years ago (and was not impressed the first go around) but, wow, how things have changed! New management, and this course was awesome. I loved the design and was so impressed with the course condition: well-manicured soft greens and fairways that were in great shape. Bought a breakfast burrito from the restaurant. Food was great; staff was great. And the course is an overall great value. Definitely worth the drive from Denver!

Bluebird restaurant is one of the best restaurants in Colorado, my family and I come here just to eat sometimes even if we’re not playing golf! The servers are always really sweet and all the workers around the club are extremely accommodating, in general. The shirley temple and French dip!!
