The Food
The standout for me was definitely the Sesame Chicken. The chicken was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside while remaining tender and juicy on the inside. The sauce had the ideal balance of sweetness and savory notes, topped with the perfect amount of toasted sesame seeds.
I also started my meal with an egg roll, and it did not disappoint. It arrived hot and fresh, with a satisfyingly golden, crunchy wrapper and a flavorful filling that wasn’t overly greasy.
Atmosphere & Service
Beyond the food, the environment was impressively clean and well-maintained, which always makes for a more comfortable dining experience. The service was also top-notch; the staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my visit.
Overall, China Express provides a wonderful combination of great flavors and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back soon!

First- online is says their soup has 2 sizes and 2 prices, this had changed. They have 1 size for $3.99 and it’s 100% worth it!
Second- Best egg rolls !! Best soup!! Great comfort food. I got the Tom Yom soup, the flavors are so much more than I expected- if you’re sick this is definitely a good one. Has shrimp and delicious veggies- highly recommend. China Express never fails me

China Express never misses. The food is hot, flavorful, and well portioned, but what really stands out is how lovely the people are. They treat you with real hospitality and always make you feel welcome. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to.

Driving through town and wanted Chinese food. Small menus, but the food makes up for it. Made to order, probably the best egg roll ive ever had. The food was so fresh and the “small” would be more than enough to fill you up. Very big portion size which was awesome.

We gave this place a try and were so happy we did. Its a very small place and could use some signage to make it easier to find. Service was top notch the minute we walked in. The food was absolutely wonderful and portions were huge. We had plenty of leftovers to take home with us. I really appreciate the ability to ask for varying degrees of heat on the spicier dishes. We will be back next time we are in the Cassville area.

I love coming to China Express!! I normally order the Pad Ped, but today I was sick so I only did egg drop soup. The food is always delicious I really love their hot tea and their Thai coffee.
Every once while you might have to sit and wait before someone will see you as they are a family owned business. I’m not sure if they have a buzzer in the kitchen or not.

**You get free egg drop soup with any entrée that you order
** have a punchcard after so many punches you get a free entrée
** can make any entrée a combo for just one $1 more and then you get fried rice and an eggroll
** if you got three kids you can order a regular fried rice and split it between them and they will bring you plates for that at no extra charge
This is the only Chinese place I eat at in Cassville.
