Placed the order, they said 25-30 mins for curbside pickup.Almost an hour for a pickup order. Tried calling the store and no answer. Waited on hold for 15 mins with no answer. So decided to walk in and ask about order. Guy said 6-8 more minutes. While I was inside the phone just kept ringing and ringing. It even announced the call over a speaker and none of the employees answered the phone. Worst experience ever from a dominos pizza. Won’t be coming back to this location. If you can find another one do that and stay away from this location.

I had ordered ahead of time for my order which was one medium pizza and a chocolate fudge brownies and went to check on it after 20 min and still hasnt evm been place to the oven. I being patient waited and was understanding but it currently has been 45 min and yet no pizza. I cant believe this kind of work ethic I would hope a pizza SHOULD NOT take more than 15 min.

Our pizza our we put on the app an hour early. I went in to get order last night at 5:30pm and they completely forgot it. They said 15 more minutes, I waited and went back in and they forgot to make one of my pizzas, so I had to wait another 15 minutes. Pizzas were for a party, which people were waiting for and they were served cold not a good experience at all. This location hasn’t been the one time this has been bad it has a history. They did say sorry, which I felt for them, but they should have done something for this screw up. Instead they cleared my order to cover up their mistake to make it look like they made it on time. You can see my name for my order isn’t on the list while I was waiting. Things were so bad they stopped making pizzas this is why nobody is in the photo.

Always friendly. Fast service. I really loved the east side location, but this is still close. Their app allows you to access coupons which offer good deals. Also saves your favorite orders so you can order quickly. Love the progress updates, and this last time, I clicked the I’m here button, and they were basically handing my pizza to me as I walked in.

The app indicated that my order would be ready in 20/30 minutes, but after waiting for 30 minutes I decided to check in person. When I arrived, I was told that it would actually take another 10 minutes.

Customer service has really gone downhill at this location. We literally order from this location once a week. Over the last two months the quality has gone downhill. Half of the time the orders are incorrect. They refuse to fix in a timely fashion. Would avoid.

We’ve been ordering from here almost weekly for 3 years! I would imagine in that time some mistakes have been made, but the good experiences have far outweighed them. Our orders are always well made and delivered hot. The delivery people are always very friendly. And actually, there was one mistake recently–they forgot our sauces one time. The delivery person went back and got them very quickly. We love this location!
