Idk what the negative reviews are, but i forgot to add a few things, and the nice kind ladies here, already new me and thru on those extra seasonings. Also the only subway I’ve had meatballs taste so good and soft to chew on. Most rush the meatballs and the quality lacks elsewhere, glad they don’t do that here. Delicious, always kind and accepting of coupons and promotions. Place is always clean, and welcoming environmentally.

Tonight, I made an order through the mobile app for the first time, and was a bit skeptical. But I must say, I am impressed. Everything I ordered was 10/10. The Sandwiches were made perfectly, the cookies were soft and fresh, & even the chips tasted fresh! The order was ready when we arrived to pick it up. Quick service and great quality. Definitely recommend this location over the Aransas Pass location. Thank you guys so much!!

So we just pay for the cheese and bread and meat don’t give you the right to not make the order correct.The staff should make the order as ordered. You get all the way home and THEY want us to come back up there to get the correct Order THAT ISN’T RIGHT . YOU WANTED A JOB SO DO IT CORRECTLY!!

The service was not great, and the manager seems to care only for her online orders than others that are in front of her. I ordered a wrap, and only because they had 5 wraps left the manager only wanted to satisfy her online orders just in case, they were to order one. So, they gave me a pitiful salad instead. I will not eat here again since the manager only singles out certain customers at her preference.

Least friendly fast food experience I’ve had in a year or so. The staff was basically non verbal. The First Gentleman looked at me and didn’t even speak. He just stared at me until I said what I wanted. As he put it together he did it as if he was frustrated that he had to make a sandwich when he’s paid to do so. He was skimpy with the meat and cheese, but I just let it pass. He then walked away and started mumbling to himself about another customers order, which just gave the place a terrible vibe. The next guy that put my sauce put a big splat only on one end. When I bit that end it just spurted out the sides of the sandwich. Overall an uncomfortable visit and a not so great sandwich. Also $17 dollars for a footlong meal????? 1 Star

Zero stars . The lady just now is so rude ! I didn’t get her name or I would of posted it today is 12/5/2023 at 2:36 PM maybe this will get back to someone higher up ! They didn’t have shredded mozzarella so they said they had to charge us for fresh mozzarella! Then I asked for literally a pinch of cheese for my Broccoli cheddar soup and of course that was extra ! Just over all the atmosphere was just negative and made me not want to ever go back !

My husband and I went there last week, and walking into the establishment is not welcoming at all. The turnaround there is so high you are seeing new faces almost just about everything you walk in. That day, we had no greeting as there were new faces. I had no idea the team member was completing an order for another customer. There was no “I’ll be right with you” or any acknowledgment. We looked like we were weird because we had a coupon and a question. Order was taken, and payment rendered, and we felt like we were being shoed out the door. The team member even made a comment to the affect of, I’m sorry and laughing that she wasn’t trying to make it seem like she was trying to say like hurry up, you already paid now get out… Now I have had my share of jobs in the food service industry, and yes it is not pleasant at times, but if you are going to work food service, at least do it with a smile. It makes taking that meal home after a long day, all the better!

Second time visiting this place in the last 2 years and I was disappointed both times. I had to reverse and pull inside the building because they had me sitting at the speaker for 20 minutes. The first time I visited there were no cars in line or customers inside the building and they had me on hold for almost 15 minutes until I decided to drive off. Whataburger next door had never disappointed me. Xena is awesome. Maybe Yall should consider hiring someone like her.
