I ordered drinks from sonic via Doordash and Sonic didn’t put the anti tamper stickers on the drinks. I poured them all out because of both the safety and quality risk.

Came here 10/11/25 with my family. Ordered a few items. First we noticed we were overcharged and when the young man came out to our car we told him and he juat continued to argue. I than stated both our shakes were completely melted and had the consistency of water. He stated “well thats juat how they’re made, I can make it again but it will be the same and waste my time”. Ive been to sonic multiple times, theyre infact not watery like that. My husband told me to not worry about it and just let’s go because we have two little babies and wanted to get home. When I got home our food was completely wrong. The taste was horrible and the shakes tasted like spoiled milk. Rotten and sour. I will never return to this location. Horrible customer service and spoiled food.

They had me pull up and park aside at the drive thru, even though there was literally one! car behind me on a late night order. They said they would bring my order out in few minutes, but after waiting for around 10-15mins and no other cars in the drive thru, I pulled into a stall and the employee brought out my cold food that was most likely sitting in their kitchen area the whole time. Plus the drink had weird bubbles in the middle of the drink, for a non carbonated drink like iced tea. Looked like someone spit in it or something, Bad Service!!

Got a kids’ meal and a couple of drinks during happy hour. Got my drink sizes wrong, and when I double-checked him at the menu before driving up, he wouldn’t respond. My daughter’s chicken strips were hard and looked burnt. There was only 1 other car there we expected better service and better food.

Every time I order the oreo sonic blast I HAVE to order extra oreo or the cup will be vanilla icecream Topped with oreo with none mixed in.
Tonight I ordered it with extra oreo and I had no oreo mixed in AGAIN. This is honestly just a rip off at this point. I paid for extra orea and still got crap.

Giving one star only for the crispy chicken sandwich, it was gross, they didn’t add the toppings I wanted, the bun and chicken was burnt, so the chicken was a dried up piece of crap. How can they look at that and think it was okay to serve.

I only order drinks and sometimes they still mess it up. Water is not discounted during drink happy hour… But isn’t water still a drink??? Either way I don’t eat here but I will always get drinks here I just hope they wash the lemons before they put it in my drink.

I ordered a number one sonic cheese burger, repeated my order three times no tomatoes, no pickles and easy lettuce, add mayo and mustard and got back to work the receipt and my order is the total opposite of what I stated and to add my bun was cold and meat was hard. Not a happy customer.

Typically love a good sonic run and they have alot of great items! Their drinks, soft pretzels, cony’s and breakfast items are some of my favorites. One thing I will say is they’re lacking consistency. I’d usually say that’s normal for a fast food place, but I have been to plenty of fast food restaurants in the area that I never have any issues with. There’s been multiple occasions that a burger wasn’t made the same as before, drinks were wrong, and the worst being when there was a large plastic wrapper in the bottom of my drink that super grossed me out. I was given a card for a free item from this incident, but was given a bit of a hard time before it was accepted to use the next time I came around. All and all, I love Sonic but it can be hit or miss at this location but I still order here often.
