The fish sandwich is NOT like it used to be .
Hard , fishy-tasting filet , probably pollock , on a dry , sesame bun .

Nice Christmas decor. There was a small mistake with our order, but the workers immediately fixed it as soon as it was brought to their attention. Food was great!

Stopped here to grab a quick sandwich and mozzarella sticks and was not pleased at all with the food. The people over all were nice but seemed a bit unorganized. They pulled us forward because they were waiting on our mozzarella sticks and when we got them only 2 were fresh out of the 12 and they tasted burnt like the oil was old. I am super glad that I check all my sandwiches from most restaurants. When I turned my sandwich upside down the bun was covered in mold. HIGHLY unacceptable because this can get people sick. Will not be returning to this Arby’s ever again and will be submitting to corporate as well about the food standards. Have seen some bad reviews of food quality so would not recommend until quality improves.

Absolutely Terrible. If i could rate 0 stars I would. Customer service was terrible, the food took forever to get and it was cold somehow. This picture of the philly cheesteak shows enough. I don’t need to describe it. Definitely trashed. Never Trying again, thanks!

I got the French Dip sandwich and curly fries. The actual sandwich itself was fine, but the au jus was clearly stretched (diluted) with water to the point of it lacking flavor and lacking the viscosity required to dip the sandwich without it immediately turning to mush. And the fries were dead, probably had been sitting for 10+ minutes. Super disappointed, and now I’m sorry I even went there today.

Arby’s is notoriously mid and man is it good at keeping that status. I ordered a jamocha shake and was disappointed when I received vanilla. I went through a second time and was met with the same results. Vanilla.

I’d give a 0 if I could! I ordered 1 beef and cheddar and 5 slider sandwiches for my kids along with fries, and I got home to 0 SLIDERS! I called and got the store manager “Jenny” who was as RUDE as they come! I wanted to know how they could forget 5 sandwiches! She told me if I continued to raise my voice to her (1 I’m moving so there is an echo in my house, and I was angry) that she would hang up on me! WHICH SHE DID right after I told her I’d contact her corporate office! I then call back bc I’ve now wasted $27 on food I didn’t receive and she answered the phone “are you ready to calm down?” HELL NO! She claims she didn’t know the corporate number or the number for the regional manager, so I figured I’d start here. Check your food folks, the service is beyond deplorable. Hope this reaches someone above her and teaches her how to work in customer service.
