Not a pleasant experience. Requested NewYork style with cheese and veggies. Crust well done. After driver initially gave me wrong order, realized delivery is not done by Papa Johns as implied by the wedsite. Pizza was soggy & limp like a dish rag. Crust had no crisp at all and veggies seemed to be isolated in a couple of globs and not evenly distributed. Will not be going back to this place. Will make my own or go back to Dominos 7.99 carry out.

I don’t know who was working tonight making pizza’s but please Papa John’s keep this person happy so they stay! My daughter said, “Forget 5 stars, this is 10 star pizza!”
We ordered a large cheese pizza, light sauce, well done and a BBQ chicken well done. Delicious! Thanks!
I’m going to leave the 5 stars because I love you guys, but am sadly disappointed by tonight’s performance. Just a suggestion, maybe management could show the team what pizza’s should look like, and if it doesn’t look that way they shouldn’t send it out. I’d rather wait and get a good pizza personally.

This location is always on point. Papa Johns has always been my go-to place since I was a little kid, and the people here make the brand look good. Food is consistently something that makes you want to come back, & that is exactly what I plan to do.

I put an order through and order weekly for years. The delivery driver texted me asking for my info and I told him my apartment, gate code, and floor 3. I asked for door delivery. (All of this was on the order info…).
Then 20min it’s went by and I checked the tracking and it said it was delivered. The picture showed him leaving it on the bottom of the first flight of stairs!
I tracked down the staircase in the picture and there was no pizza and it was the WRONG building. I asked the neighbor who was outside watching TV and smoking. They said the driver dropped it off, took a picture, and then picked it back up and ate a slice and took the whole order back into his car. They said their ring camera picked it up.
I called the store and the guy who answered was a little argumentative saying my apartment number is not listed. I told him I can see it on my papa John’s account AND on the receipt. He said he would send a new order but now they are about to close and I have yet to see it.

My family use to come to this Papa Johns all the time but lately, they have had kids running the store at night and the pizza has gone down hill. Upon walking into the store today, I was not greeted, there was music with cursing blasting and when someone finally asked for my name, he never gave my my food which I saw was ready and sitting on the counter. Another guy asks for my name again and finally gives me my food only to see the toppings weren’t even layered properly. We will go to the Papa Johns on Racetrack Rd moving forward!

Picked up our order tonight.
2 out of 3 items were wrong. I politely asked “Sam” the manager to remake them.
She took both items back and refused the remake.
When I called another store to ask for help Sam called the police on me. The other store was able to contact David the district manager and they refunded my money. I did wait for the police to let them know Sam was acting irrational and that another store was able to get me a refund. I wouldn’t order there again anyway because I saw bugs crawling all over the front counter. Choose wisely if you are considering this
location. I added pictures of the not light cheese.

I can’t even believe the audacity of this location.
Something happened with my order that I requested to be delivered at 6:00pm and it was processed as an asap order to be delivered at 2:19pm and I noticed immediately and called to get my order updated before it was too late. While on the phone I was told it was “too late” and that my order was already been made and boxed up, mind you it had been only 5 mins since my order was placed. I have no clue how it is even possible to make a customized large pizza in only 5 mins, considering the fact it takes at least 12-15 mins to cook the pizza. I asked to please cancel the order and I would reorder but I was informed that they would just remake the order to be delivered at 6:00. It’s about 6:15 and no order has shown up and I call to ask for an update and they informed me it was on the way and the driver “really slow”. Sure enough my order arrives and as I was afraid, it was ICE COLD. Aside from being ice cold, the dessert looked to be eaten out of (see attached picture). I am fuming at this point, I couldn’t believe they delivered the food from 2:00 after sitting there for hours, when they told me they would remake it. Now for the best part…. I call the manager and asked if that was the food from 2:00 and he made up some story saying the driver grabbed it by mistake, that I don’t believe for one second. Then I say that the dessert looks eaten out of and he admitted to me it was EATEN OUT OF and they sent it to my house!!!! This is absolutely appalling and I will NEVER order from this location again and I suggest you don’t either. Absolutely outrageous.
