We always go to this DQ and never had a problem until today. Your employee, maybe a manager. Receipt Said Cashier was Sum was extremely rude and had horrible customer service. This person rang our order wrong, we asked for a small cone, large cone, blizzard and a Misty Float. This employee forgot our small cone and I said this and they got mad and threw money at me and I explained that they just forgot an item. It was a very weird experience. This person didn’t apologize or spoke many words. I was very disappointed with my visit. Teach your employees better costumer service.

Just walked in to pickup some blizzards for my wife and daughter and wasn’t greeted by anyone. There were 3 people working, and not one acknowledged me. I waited and someone finally came up but just stood at the register staring at me. I placed my order and the employee looked irritated I was even there and didn’t respond in any way, other than to give me my total. I guess the “would you like a cup holder or lids” when I was leaving was enough.

Horrible experience. When I came in on monday morning, I wanted to get me and my wife two sundaes. The cashier was really rude and gave me attitude the whole time whilst I was trying to order (The cashier name was Sum on the receipt). She made my order wrong twice. Terrible experience and I won’t be coming back here. Take my advice and drive the extra 8 minutes to the Dairy Queen Grill & Chill on Grant St.

If I could give zero starts I would. Terrible experience. Whoever rang me up a female with glasses. was extremely rude. I tried to be polite and talk and got ignored. Nothing but attitude. Terrible customer service. Which is sad this is my favorite place to get a drink me and my family. But I guarantee I will never come here again.

Stopped by this location on a weekend for some dessert after an early dinner. No waiting or queues and found plenty of places to sit. It’s been a while since I last visited, but the interior has been refreshed and looks a lot better/neither than i remembered. Usual variety of dessert items on the menu and staff are helpful. Parking is free but shared with other businesses of the same shopping plaza.

I ordered birthday cakes for my daughters and wanted an image on the cakes… they don’t do this here but the girl who works here referred me to the grocery store across Federal to get edible images done. They did such a great job! One cake was Heath and one was strawberry cheesecake. They weren’t just great looking but absolutely delicious as well.

Had a cake with a black cat made. I brought a printable image in and they put it on but the last cakes were way better. This cake had a lot of bubbles.

I am not sure why the negative reviews. I Always get great customer service. They are always friendly and fast. Employees seem to know how to make everything on the menu and can give good suggestions.

I asked for a custom treat and it was made without question. There was a wait and (Mitchell i believe it looked like he was training a new hire and he had a PlayStation hat on) asked me to wait politely and then served me. I was impressed With The accuracy and the level of customer service.
I have seen other reviews here and I’m not defending anybody but as far as closing early, we really have to stop coming the last 15 minutes before close. We know a lot of people want ice CREAM and it gets busy at every ice cream shop so just chill and show up early. In short, Dairy Queen stay open until your posting hours and customers com the last five minutes before. I know I did I’m leaving a happy customer

My friend and I were going to go to Dairy Queen on 104th and federal. We got some dinner and was eating it in the car and we parked in front of the of the Dairy Queen. And we witnessed something I’ve never seen before. The employees were throwing dirty water at each other like a water fight and it was getting all over the register,behind the register, the counters, and the entire lobby. The 2 girls were I believe flirting with the male employee. We witnessed the girls leaving and filling up a clear blender with dirty water from somewhere outside, not sure where they were getting it from. This was going on for 45 minutes. Customers were still coming in and ordering. And we’re stepping around the huge puddles of water. Honestly it was embarrassing to see such a behavior and the lack of common decency. Someone could have slipped and fell for sure. And who knows where that dirty black water landed. Be aware. I would go elsewhere. Dairy Queen (Treat)
