This is one of the best barbecue places I have ate at. Their barbecue sandwiches are great.
Of course, I do add coleslaw to mine and it makes it rock!

Being from Hot Springs and growing up on McClard’s barbecue, I didn’t think any place could ever compare but Craig’s was suggested to me by my friends.
I am here to tell you they are awesome.
The food is great tasting with not a lot of sauce to drown the meat like some places do.
It enhances the smoked flavor of the meat perfectly.
I love the quaint atmosphere of this place and the fact that it is ran by family members. They are super nice people and always friendly with a smile on their faces!
Since I am a drive thru kinda girl, then that is a bonus.
I haven’t got past the pulled pork or beef sandwiches with coleslaw yet to sample the other menu items but I will sometime in the future.
My dog loves their food also!

I stopped here after reading the reviews.I stop every day at a new place in a new city to try something different. I had a beef with coleslaw sandwich. There was PLENTY of BBQ beef with a tangy and mildly sweet sauce. The beef had a great smokey flavor the slaw gave it a crunch. My side was potato salad which was also very good.

Went and got sliced beef but they was out so I got chopped beef and it didn’t look like no 1/2 pound so I weighed it on my kitchen scale and needless to say it was nothing near 1/2 pound very disappointed. Barely got a spoonful of sauce so had to ask for more.

We’ve been coming to Craig’s for several years now, and we always get the ribs. Once I find something I love at a restaurant, it’s hard to order something else. The ribs are great ! They give you plenty of extra sauce which is sweet and a little spicy. Fried pickles, and beans are good. This is a local family business. Craig, and his wife run the place, and their son is there sometimes too. I highly recommend you try the ribs if you haven’t yet !
