This is THE BEST RESTAURANT IN GAINESVILLE. POSSIBLY THE WORLD!!!
A coworker told me, if I want good tacos to check this place out. She was not wrong. This place has some of the best tacos I have ever had. The staff is always very friendly and the restaurant is clean and well lit. There is a cooler well stocked with a variety of drinks. They also have piña Agua fresca. The food is always cooked fresh and is AMAZING. I picked up a burrito and when I got home I took one bite and wrapped it back up to write this review.

I went to this place for the first time yesterday. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Lady behind the counter is customer focused! She helped me to decide what to get, a Burrito Loco!!! It was so delicious! Plenty of food, even for a fat guy like me!!!

Legit. Taquerias are always a hot or miss, either they’re too greasy or the ingredients are not fresh. That’s not the case at Taco Loco. I tried the gorditas, one barbacoa and the other chicharrón. The gorditas were not greasy and tasted amazing. The barbacoa was so good I I had to get some more, I ordered two barbacoa tacos and they were amazing! The salsa roja and verde were not spicy but did add excellent flavor to enhance and compliment the tacos. Also the rice and beans tasted homemade and were not overly salty or greasy. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Gainesville.

My friend and I went here on a whim, lady at the counter greeted us as we walked in, gave us some suggestions. We ordered the taco lunch special, it game out within 5 minutes. The food was delicious, and you get a lot for your money. Clean, fast, and friendly, I’ll definitely be coming back.

I cannot give them enough stars! I tried them yesterday (and today lol) I was really comprehensive at first. But after the first bite I shamelessly devoured them. I got steak tacos. The steak was perfect to my liking. The tacos were stuffed full. Well seasoned. Just overall perfect. Itll be your new obsession.
