A little disappointed. Everyone said this place is great and I think it use to be but the sandwiches are really lacking bulk and flavor. Every sandwich was bland.

This was my first time placing a catering order with Luigi O’Grady’s, and I must say—it wasn’t just good, it was phenomenal. From the very beginning, it was clear that my order mattered to them. I ordered two appetizers and four entrées, all with sides, and everything was absolutely delicious.
The portions were extremely generous, the flavors were outstanding, and you can tell they use high-quality ingredients. I’ve ordered from other places that charge a lot and deliver little—Luigi O’ Grady’s are the complete opposite. Their prices are very fair, and you get even more than you expect.
The delivery driver was also very pleasant and courteous, which just added to the experience.
I will absolutely be using them again and highly recommend that you give them a try. Five stars all around!

I was very disappointed with the rudeness of the staff here. I ordered a sandwich and a coffee, waited for 30 minutes, and my food and coffee was old and very cold. I asked if they could warm it up for me and they denied that it was cold, even though it was cold to the touch. I asked to speak to the owner and Michelle was equally rude and dismissive of me, she didn’t even listen to what I was trying to say.

For that much money I can go to ShopRite buy cold cuts, bread and cheese and feed a small village in Cambodia. The fridge shelves are practically empty like a store in Havana, cuba The windows also are covered in blue wallpaper, it makes you think the place is shady or not in buisness. Not welcoming. This may be a good place to eat. But I was literally just standing there for 10 min and no one acknowledged me and no customers were in the store. 4 employees walked by didn’t say a word nor did the two older lady’s behind the counter. They were to busy talking about what happened last night. I’m sure me walking out and not buying a $10 sandwich is gonna make or break you. Just letting you know your service sux. I run a business and if I didn’t great people or attend to them when they enter the store I’d be out of business. I won’t be back but I don’t you’d care.
