Awesome lunch at Five Guys today. The service was top notch and the burgers were the best we have had in a long long time. I love fries with malt vinegar. Snacking on the peanuts made the wait for fresh made burgers worthwhile. The manager was great and checked on us. See y’all again soon.

I would rather go up the road to Steel Creek (10 minutes further away) to experience 5 Guys.

I usually like this location and the staff is always friendly & the restaurant appears to be clean but last week I ordered just a burger and there was a roach wrapped in the foil with my burger. disgusting.

Five Guys is pretty consistent from location to location, quality-wise. The prices have gotten so high though, I can just as easily get a gourmet burger at a steakhouse, like Epic, that will taste twice as good for the same price with fries. For some reason, it took 24 minutes to receive our food even though there was no one in line when we arrived, and only one other party in the restaurant. Plenty of friendly employees.

The burgers are delicious. But don’t expect to get a burger and fries like you do at McDonald’s. The prices are quite a bit more than your local Mickey D’s. But what you get is a burger that’s in a different class altogether. You may be tempted to order a large fry but don’t. Even if there’s two of you you can just order a regular and they’ll dump extra fries in your bag and you’ll have probably more than you could ever eat.

The only reason that I didn’t give Five Guys a 5-star rating is because of price. I got a hamburger all the way, a small fry, and a regular drink. Total with tip came out to $20. The highlight of my trip was the incredible assistant manager who went out of her way to make my visit as enjoyable as possible. The friendly, laid-back atmosphere was a very nice end to a busy day. I always love their hamburgers, and you can get it made exactly the way you want it with their huge selection of trimmings.

This location was very clean. Drink machine was clean and new. Ladies room was clean. Floor was clean and not slippery-some Five Guys floors are slippery workers were welcoming and friendly. Prices are going up but so is everything else. Expect to spend more than a faster food restaurant but the food is worth it in my opinion. Burgers and fries are delicious! We will return to this location.
