My friends and I visit lucky bucket for the first time. Our waitress Sabrina, was very courteous, we enjoy ourselves. Would highly recommend her services when visiting again. Her personality is pleasant. The last table of the night to leave with 3ladies and one of them it was her birthday

This was my second trip in a week but the third for my family. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very cheerful waiter, who gave us our menus. His customer service skills were exceptional. He up sold the items on the menu, which caused us to buy drinks we had no intentions of buying in the first place but was more than willing to buy them because he made them sounded so good. He made four beautiful natural lemonade, that tastes even better. It was evident he has some training in Food and beverage. Sorry I did not get his name.The night was going well until we were greeted by the manager Ms. Drummond, who will cause me to consider not going back there. It is my opinion that she is a rather horrible supervisor and has absolutely no respect for her team. She was very rude to the said employee right at our table and in front of other customers. I am not sure what the matter was but I do know it was handled in an atrocious manner. She need to work hard and speedily on her soft skills in order to motivate and encourage her staff, which will keep customers coming back. The food was great! Kudos to the chef.
