First time here and WOW this is officially my favorite breakfast spot in Denver. We ordered the mimosa flight, eggs benedict, and the chicken and waffles, and everything was incredible. I’ve tried Urban Egg, Snooze, and Delectable Egg, and this place is hands down better than all of them.
The portions were HUGE for the price, which was such a pleasant surprise. Amazing value and amazing food.
Shoutout to Eric, our server, one of the nicest humans ever. Full of energy, such a beautiful vibe, and truly made the experience even better. Seriously, give that man a raise. He was amazing.
The atmosphere was great, the food was outstanding, and everything was super clean and up to standard. Thank you for such a great breakfast experience, we will 100% be back!! ✨

First time here, had a blast! LIANA WAS AMAZING and so attentive to our table, she reco’d the Harvest Hash Skillet – 2 of us got it and we LOVED IT!! I’m begging y’all to keep it on the menu or have new hash skillets every few months. The big skillet cinnamon bun was a perfect sweet treat to share! I love visiting Denver and I’ll totally be back next time I’m in town!

I had the exact same order at the Central Park location, chilaquiles with a side pancake with chocolate chips and I have to say it was just a little better. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Lyndsey was amazing with her suggestions and modifications, got me seated and served right away, and made the whole experience quick and enjoyable. Everyone was friendly, and I’ll definitely be back.

A+ brunch experience in downtown Denver! We walked in and were immediately greeted by Brett with the warmest, most inviting energy. Atmosphere was nice and decor was cute!
Food was top notch in my opinion for the value of—the pancake was one of the best I’ve had in a long time (and then small was still huge!). We ordered the wake and bake skillets and the crispy brussels sprouts on top were phenomenal! The biscuits were huge and fluffy and the homemade jams really tasty.
Our server, Lindsay, was so sweet and helpful and brought great vibes to our table whenever she came by.
Overall great experience and would totally recommend for anyone looking for brunch in the Denver metro area!

Hash Tag was an incredible experience. Our food almost looked too good to eat. Everything we had was extremely high quality. The location is clean and well kept.
Our server was Eric and he made us feel welcomed immediately with his awesome personality and customer service. He was ON IT for making sure we were taken care of with food and drink. What an awesome guy to represent the organization. Other servers should take a page out of his book, he is setting a high standard.

THE BEST EVER Veggie Eggs Benedict!! A dish I’ve had numerous times, but this time it was absolutely exceptional and beyond delicious! Delicious!! Their chicken in taste is comparable if not better than Chick-fil-A! The biscuits are homemade and fresh! I got an “off menu” item by customizing the corden-wich with just biscuit, egg, American cheese and sunny side eggs. Linda was patient and kind with my picky eating and helped me customize my order to perfection! The hubby got the el jefe burrito with the fresh guacamole and could barely finish it! We also got the mimosa flight, every flavor came thru which is a rare find! And the espresso martini 1000/10. Cute ambience and chill vibes music. The rooftop also has stunning views to end your time digesting and overlooking the sights.

Wow!!! Chill vibe and one of the best omelettes I’ve ever had (and I’m picky)! I’m not usually a breakfast person, but the New Style Denver Omelette completely won me over! perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and just so good (even the texture and consistency which is usually my dealbreaker with breakfast food and eggs specially).
Will at the bar was awesome! super friendly, welcoming, and easy to chat with. Coming into any spot solo can be a hit or miss, but he made the whole experience so comfortable and genuinely enjoyable. Can’t wait to come back!… maybe next time for happy hour on the roof

I tried HashTAG for brunch this weekend and it was so good! Their menu is full of the basics but with a twist. I got the pork birria hash with a pancake on the side. It was SO. MUCH. FOOD. And I loved all of it!
Their “small” pancakes are definitely not small, but no complaints here. They were super fluffy with a crispy edge and didn’t get soggy. The birria hash was really flavorful but not greasy. It came with a side of tortillas so I could make tacos with it. It was a big portion, so I had to take some home, but it reheated really well.
The carafe of mimosas was a good deal, it was about 4 total. I liked all the juice options. The POG (passionfruit, orange, grapefruit) was delicious and not too sweet.
The service and vibe were so good! Every staff member was warm and on it. Street parking was easy to find and there’s a garage nearby. Overall a good option to add to the brunch rotation!
