I have long not liked Jimmy John’s because their sandwich is 90% hard bread. Thought maybe something changed and I would give them a go again. Went to this location on foot for lunch since I had a bit of time. I walked in, there was no one else in line, and one guy munching on a sandwich at a table. Cool.
I order a ham, turkey, and cheese with mustard and lettuce on white. Nothing else. Keep it as simple. Paid for my sandwich and even left a 20% tip for the workers. After a few minutes of waiting, I am asked to remind them what I wanted on the sandwich. No worries, I clarified and better safe than sorry, right?
After 10 minutes of waiting, I get my sandwich. Not the best time, but hey I had some time to kill on my phone, and I’ve got my sandwich in hand to go. I then make my walk back and decide about halfway to open up and dig in. I unwrap my sandwich to find the following:
1. I got two thin slices of turkey, no ham found
2. Mayo, no mustard(Big mayo hater, but will keep my prefer
3. Tomato
4. No lettuce
5. The hardest dang sandwich bread around. Seriously, why is Jimmy John’s bread so hard, and yet soaking wet disgusting inside?
It pretty much solidified that Jimmy John’s is trash. Wish it could have been an order mix up, but there wasn’t even anyone in the drive through at the time either. I would give 1 stars across the board, but the workers were at least fairly pleasant, and the place was clean.
TLDR; Never having Jimmy John’s again

The delivery “walker” walked to my husbands surgery office and was super nice and friendly. My husband was trying to quickly eat his sandwich before his surgery only to see one half of his sandwich with NO meat on it. He order the East Coast Italian and only one half of the sandwich. We called to let them know and she said “we can re make you a sandwich but we need the old one back.” I told we threw it away because he was literally being called into surgery. Very rude and not helpful. No regard for the current situation at hand.

Why is this sandwich dripping liquid? The mayo runs out of it like water. Wet bread, can’t take a bite without all the filling sliding out each end and half the meat and cheese doesn’t fit in the sub bun. This is really disappointing at the cost of $12 for a crap sub and a medium drink. Do better please!!!!

Make sure you stop at the box and tell them that you’re there even though your orders already ready and nobody’s in line and they just have to hand it out the window.

Waited 15 min in drive thru with no other customers ahead. Got 1 correct sandwich, 1 completely wrong sandwich. Called back and the “manager” said in order to refund, she had to charge me first over the phone for the sandwich they got right, and then she could refund the other one. I decided I’d rather eat the $17 than waste another minute of my life. Not freaky fast and terrible customer service.

My pregnant wife ordered the Beach Club and was served an absolute inedible avocado abomination. All avocado spread, one slice of turkey. It made our house smell awful, and had to be thrown out immediately. She overheard the workers laughing as they were making it which tells me that they knew it was a disaster and served it anyways. I am quite frankly disappointed and disgusted.

Just wanted to give a special thanks to the employee working today who made sure I got my order delivered to my house when another location nearby couldn’t fulfill it due to not having a delivery driver – I live around the corner, so despite being out of their deliver zone they helped out!!
