This spot is so cute! Food is great, we ordered a breakfast plate and a couple of lunch options including blt wrap and chicken salad. There is an adorable shop beside it to browse while waiting for your togo order as well! Scored a hand stitched pillow for a friend!

A nice location and old building but a marginal breakfast: eggs order overeasy and served hard, tiny piece of dry sausage and a pile of grits (no potatoes available, who doesn’t have breakfast potatoes?). But! The coffee is great! …

Excellent. For anyone new, you need to walk to the counter and find the cash register. Someone will be right with you. They have a simple menu but they will fix you anything you like. They have two entrances, one on S McIntosh St and one from the parking lot off Elbert St (Route 17). See the photos.

Pasta salad and brownie were good, chicken salad was dry, service needs training in hospitality. Typical small town snobs. Would have spent more money in shop but ladies are not very nice to outsiders.

Don’t waste your time and pay no attention to their hours. They certainly don’t. They don’t want your business if you’re just passing through. No Problem.

I LOVE going to McIntosh Coffee for breakfast! I also enjoy lunch, but their breakfast is my jam! You place your order at the register, then pour up your own drinks and choose your own table. The ladies that work there will bring your food out to you. I highly recommend getting a cup of their house coffee! It is the best in town! If you go at lunch time, try the pasta salad or the grape salad. Very yummy with generous portions. Tip: Don’t go here if you are in a hurry to be somewhere else. It is a popular grub spot and usually busy. There is usually at least a 15-20 min wait in the mornings and 20-30 min wait at lunch. (They are not normally open for dinner or on Sundays.) There is also a shop attached to the restaurant – Kreations by Kathy. Lots of cute boutique finds from southern companies: clothes, jewelry, home decor, gifts, snacks. Both McIntosh & Kathy’s are highly recommended if you’re spending a leisurely morning on the Elberton square! There is street parking (2 hr limit) in front of the restaurant and a parking lot for the rear entrance.

Came in to get some work done and a coffee or two before a meeting. I was greeted by a couple friendly folks prepping some homemade dishes.
The coffee was good and the smells made me regret eating the free hotel food an hour earlier.
Prices were very fair, considering the current egg shenanigans.
Very nice experience and would happily return!

We arrived after 10 but they graciously offered to make us breakfast and we had a delicious ham and cheese omelette.
