Extremely rude customer service
We love Coffee Rush and frequent (daily) the location off of tv hwy
We were shopping in Cedar Hills and needed to grab a bite and coffee. We ordered three breakfast sandwiches and three large coffees. We received our sandwiches and two medium drinks. Thankfully we had asked for a receipt – we were charged for a large otherwise we would have left it at that.. so we kindly let them know we received mediums instead of larges. She made a nasty face and took the drinks from us. She quickly came back and said “that will do it” while looking clearly annoyed while passing the drinks back. We had not received the third drink at this time and reminded them about the drink. She looked at us in disgust and looked at her receipt on her end and quickly made the drink. She handed it over and said have a nice day, still clearly annoyed.
Never once apologized. Simply nasty behavior.
I’m not sure if we caught them on a bad day, a bad time but I sure wish we had waited to tip the three dollars we had tipped them. It was completely unacceptable behavior and we will not be going back to this location.
I would have given them grace had it been busy.. only one other person came through in the line on the other side during this transaction.

Absolutely loved this place, a quick pit stop on the long drive. The coffee was strong and exactly how I needed it to be. They have quick bites too. The staff were amazing. They adjusted sizes and flavors for us as needed. Very friendly behavior even when they’re busy I got order in time and didn’t felt rushed at all. Will definitely go back anytime I’m in the area.

Great coffee shack. You can walk up and order on foot or order ahead online. They’re fast, polite, make my coffee perfect every time and they have some good snacks like the marionberry scone. Coffee tastes divine and there is a huge menu with dozens of customization options. The mobile app is a little buggy but it works fine.

Ordered a decaf americano with steamed milk. I was surprised how quickly the barista pulled a shot and steamed the milk. Turns out they just served me regular coffee with milk. Avoid!

Have always had a good experience at Coffee Rush which justifies the$7 price tag for my coffee. But today the employee was not listening and it was apparent. Wanted extra ice so upsizing the cup for extra ice which she didn’t do. No chocolate bite on the coffee which she didn’t explain would be missing. Mixed up the half caf and decaf which I will find out in a few minutes if she guessed right. Overall very poor customer service and makes me sad that this has changed my feelings about this place. Will resort to making my coffee at home.

I ordered a hot coffee this morning and 20 minutes later the lid started cracking on its own?? I looked down during my drive to work and it looked like the lid was splintering. The next time I tried to pick up my coffee, the whole lid broke and coffee spilled everywhere! And just to be crystal clear, the coffee itself was good, the staff were wonderful when I ordered, but if you don’t bring your own cup to pour your drink into, it looks like going here might not be worth it!

I did not realize that this place was not open before five so I just showed up and the lady was kind enough to serve 20 minutes early before they open up. I meant to get her name, but I forgot. Whoever was there this morning, thank you so much and great service! She deserves a raise!

The Coffee Rush ladies always elevate my mood. They are so friendly, quick and efficient, and good at making espresso drinks! They are also very focused on each customer. Yesterday, I ordered online and when I picked it up, the barista double-checked with me that I didn’t want a flavor. And I certainly DID want a flavor – I had somehow forgotten. She put the flavor right in, smiling the whole time.
The only thing they could improve is, sometimes the hot drinks have too much foam and not enough coffee/milk, but they are still good! The customer service more than makes up for any small thing like that. It’s old-timey customer service in a very modern, very expeditious place. Can’t recommend enough.
