This particular location always treats you like family if you’re not leaving with free dessert you’re leaving with coupons for the next visit. I love the special they have from Monday through Thursday half-price pizzas from 2 to 4. You can’t beat that especially as a college student.

Order was wrong and whoever made this pizza is using WAY TOO MUCH SAUCE. Especially because I did not request extra sauce. Also there was cheese on some slices but not on others. Whoever manages this store obviously is not conducting quality control checks.
Even though pizza wasn’t to order. I will give this restaurant another try because the response from the owner to find out what happened so customers have a good experience. Respect.

I wasn’t going to post a review, but since I keep getting emails that say “We miss you”, I thought maybe I should so you would know why you miss me. We placed an order a month ago. There were 3 calzones ordered. Each comes with one marinara and one ranch, we also ordered an extra ranch, when we opened the calzones (3 separate boxes) there was one ranch dressing in one box and that was it (except for the one we ordered and paid extra for). When I called, after being on hold forever, I was told there was nothing they could do about it and I could come pick them up. I do live close by, but I paid for delivery and tipped well. We probably only order (ordered) once a month, but it is usually a big order and we tip well, especially since the drive is not even 2 miles round trip. I opted to not go pick it up, and at the same time opted to no longer order from your restaurant. Good food doesn’t make up for poor customer service.

I carried out a pizza and it was somewhat small for a large size but very delicious. Perfect amount of all ingredients. Made fresh to order as I walked in to order it. Done in about 12 minutes on a Friday night. Excellent staff and so polite!

This is hands down one of the best pizza places around! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The owners truly go above and beyond — you can tell they care about their customers and their craft. The service is warm and welcoming, and the restaurant is always spotless, which shows the pride they take in keeping everything clean and comfortable. The attention to detail, from the quality of ingredients to the way everything is presented, really sets them apart. I love that they even offer free samples — such a thoughtful touch that makes you feel valued as a customer. Ordered 10 Pizzas for my daughter’s birthday party, it was ready right on time with the pizzas still very hot. Customers service was excellent they even hooked us up with some extra desert samples. They even talked to us about some promotions they’re running for the community and the kids! Over all great experience I would 10/10 order again for a party or just even a late night dinner. Thank you for the great service.

Got the deluxe stuff crust. Best part was the sausage and cheese in the crust. Rest was meh.. including the Parmesan garlic wings.. not worth the $50+ for pizza, wings, side salad and delivery.

Update: Since the review, Pizza 9 responded in kind and they were able to make things right. The pizza was fresh and intact and was delicious. Thank you Pizza 9 for listening to your customers and fixing the problem.
I usually give businesses a second chance before I stop ordering from them. But Pizza 9, get your stuff together. I got my pizza today and it was cold, not hot or warm but cold. Also, I ordered the Tiramassu and it looked like someone put the dessert into the container and shook it. The pizza box was crushed in which rubbed the cheese and toppings off. Pizza 9 has always been superior and have been great. This quality of this food I would expect from little Ceasars but if I’m dropping close to 50.00, Im expecting a lot more from you. This is not to mention, the 40 to 45 minute wait time and they arrived a little more than an hour later. Let’s get it together folks.

We stopped by on our way from Arizona. Got a Deluxe pizza and Buffalo wings. The service was great they are super friendly and they also gave us a sample of cinnamon bites they were AMAZING!!! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone it was a very clean restaurant the staff was friendly food was tasty and just right.
