Came in around 5:45 on 2/20/26. The man behind the counter seemed like he didn’t wanna be there but made the sandwich. Midway through he commented on my red scrubs and said “Does your work make you wear that? We crip around here” I thought he was joking but didn’t laugh or smile. Then when we got to the check out he fed some BS out the card reader being broken and I had to tap to pay his phone. I told him no, and he said it was going to cost more now, and magically the card reader started working. Very sketchy

My husband and I went into this Subway today at 5:13PM (12/15/2025) with our 4-month-old baby to grab food during my husband’s only hour for lunch. We waited patiently while the employee ahead of us finished taking temperatures. We had absolutely no issue waiting, as we weren’t in a rush.

However, once it was our turn to order, the employee became immediately aggressive in his tone and behavior toward both of us. It was uncomfortable enough that my husband calmly asked him if he was okay. While holding a knife, the employee responded with, “Are you alright?! You shouldn’t be asking that while I’m making your sandwich.”

At that point, we no longer felt comfortable or safe and decided to take our business elsewhere. When we asked for his name, he refused to provide it. As we walked out, the employee then followed us out of the store and stood outside as we walked across the entire strip mall parking lot, clearly attempting to intimidate us.

We were holding a baby. This behavior was completely unacceptable and made our family feel genuinely unsafe. No one—especially families with children—should ever feel threatened or followed after leaving a restaurant. This experience ruined what should have been a simple lunch during a very limited break, and it raises serious concerns about safety and employee conduct at this location.

I went in yesterday, December 12, 2025 at around 3:34 PM. There was one male subway worker working that day. I have encountered him before and just like before and on that day was very very rude. I walked in. I said hello he acted like I said something insult and he’s like what did you say and I said I said hello. I told him what I wanted a grilled chicken deluxe and he said he did not know what a deluxe is. I was telling him oh I wanted my sandwich you made. I wanted the sauce on my chicken because he was trying to put it on the bread and I told him don’t do that. I want it on the chicken. He said that that’s not policy.

Coming to check out he punched my information and I think he charged me for a double and not a deluxe because the price from a day later changed by two dollars. I punched in my phone number on the keypad. Then he asked If I’m paying tap to pay, I said yeah sure. He then pulled out his phone and was punching the total amount on his phone, and he was trying to claim that keypad was broken when it wasn’t because I was able to punch in my phone number. He claimed that the wire is frayed so it’s broken. The wire has been frayed for months.
So then, once he finally ran me up and he punched the number on his phone. He put his phone towards me and it was some kind of purple app. That has some white on it. I don’t know what type of app it was, but he wanted me to tap his phone to pay for the food.
I’ve found that really suspicious and wrong like he was trying to not only steal from me, but also steal from the company. I cannot wait to get out of there so I did not grab my receipt.

This worker makes me feel very uncomfortable and is a thief. I don’t know how many people he already did that too but after I told him no no thank you he then punched in a few buttons on the machine And it’s a miracle. The machine worked now was able to pay through the machine.

So if you see a male worker, short and round and bald with a rude attitude, that is him

My son and I enjoy going here after baseball practice. Ms. Blanca is kind, always remembers us and takes extra time to make the sandwiches perfect! The produce is fresh, the restaurant and lobby are always clean. This is a good location to visit.

Me and my man was geting food and they toke himself order and the girl skipped me and got the person behide me first when though we were there first and waiting since they don’t have the flat bread either we got normal sandwiches that girl didn’t even finish he’s sandwich just got the other person that was behide us done first with everything. Was very disappointed in this location. And all the tables were a mess with food on them

Worst service I’ve ever had. I ordered online and drove to pick up, just to find out that the guy at the counter said, “Hey, I haven’t made yours; you have to wait.” I know it can be busy sometimes, but he was just rude and slow. I requested a refund, and he denied it, saying that I had to wait or leave. I checked the app, and store staff are the only ones who can issue a refund, but he refused to do so. The vegetables were rotten, and the place was trash. Please avoid this place.

Ordered Philly cheese steak thru online app. Sandwich was disgusting. It did not have any of the additions I requested. I ask the employee to remake the sandwich but refused and offered a refund. He called the owner and I left a voicemail requesting a refund. As I was about to drive away the employee came to door and said he will remake the sandwich. He apologized and said “he wasn’t supposed to work and was having a bad day.” Vegetables were not fresh and the countertop was dirty.

Oh man oh man hold on till the end of this review to truly determine if you will go to this location. So I was excited to try out the new meats at subway. Came over with the family and dined in. I ordered the number 20: chicken bacon ranch. Which was amazing! I absolutely loved it!
But…(here we go) I could tell the employee was overwhelmed. He was by himself and looked tired. His customer service reflected that. The atmosphere is where this subway gets actually questionable.
I got my cup and headed to the drinks. When I got to it there was a cockroach. My reaction. Ripped my shoe off and SMACK! Killed em! You be the judge if your okay with that. I know some customers would have no tolerance. So here’s ur heads up! With fresh food sitting out in the open and a cockroach walking about….. ya…
