The employees there are either constantly high or the pay is bad, and my orders always arrive incomplete, as usual. On top of that, I noticed that money was deducted from my card again three days later, and when I checked, I saw that they had taken another payment from the system. You have no right to rip people off and cause them harm. Do your job and take your money fairly.

Went here this morning, waited 25 minutes in drive-thru… got to recieving window was told to wait again in a lot, after 15 minutes i went inside to get money back. This manager has no idea how this business needs to be run. 35 cars waiting an hour for a simple breakfast. When I asked for my money back she rolled her eyes at me. MY LAST TRIP HERE. If I could give it less than 1 star I would, the workers are rude and barely get my order right. I’m not one to be mean to customer service workers I really give them the benefit of doubt but they immediately were rude and disrespectful.

The food isn’t the best but it is just mcdonalds. They do have a good drive thru that moves pretty fast at times. They do know how to use there loyalty program and app so makes it much easier then hardees cause not one employee knows how to use it or will help u with using it there! Do love the carmel frappe that’s what I want when I go every time

The most incompetent crew of workers to ever assemble in one building. The first time we stopped was from a ballgame on our way home, mind you this is not our hometown or do we know anyone from here we dined in and the place on one side smelled like a sewage plant and 2 female workers kept walking by our table being very high school girls. My daughter and her boyfriend went to get a take out order before leaving after we had initially waited on our food and several items were wrong they then waited another 20 minutes for 2 plain McChickens in what time the previous mentioned girls had started screaming at my daughter when she asked if it would be much longer, take note the girl walked away from my daughter after being asked walked through the kitchen hen stood behind the kitchen equipment and started screaming at my daughter in which time I had came over and had to remove my daughter because she has started making her way back through the kitchen to the girl and the girl was screaming yelling and throwing wrappers and spoons at us. Fast forward a year later my son had a ballgame and his whole team was stopping there and against better judgement I had my daughter wait in the car while we all went in, this was a big game and the lobby was getting full as well as both lanes of the drive through. The manager was vey frazzled and was making a show to all the customers and I work in customer service so I was trying to be considerate and talk with some of the other parents and students which everyone was being very accommodating. The manager was running food and would bring it up regardless fine in, take out or mobile was loudly and rudely slamming orders down on the counter without even calling out a number, name or details of the order. Nobody wanted to touch anyone else’s food and drinks were starting to sweat they had been there so long along with milkshakes and ice cream melting but she just kept piling up more orders. I took it upon myself wit the out touching food to call out order details from what I could see without touching. Each drink I had saw melted or sweating to the point of leaving a puddling ring in the counter I’d ask for a fresh one, to their inconvenience that is. My daughter and sister in law were 2 cars back in the the first line of the drive through when we walked in and had a $36 order and ended up waiting on us over 50 minutes to come back out. At which time our over $100 order was completely wrong. I took it back in and waited yet another 35 minutes to get just 2 burgers corrected and retrieve a forgotten (shorted) order of fries and a small McFlurry I was made to pay twice for. I just threw my hands up for the rest of it and told the crew of kids with me to eat it or not I wasn’t staying.
