Been many times before and the service was great food hot and fresh. Maybe it was different management present but they were taking curbside orders but wasn’t bringing the food out because it was “busy” the same person on the registrar said “I was going to bring it out but I got backed up taking orders”soooooo only one person does that?? When she takes out food the registrar just left unattended? it makes no sense. I expressed if the food was cold I wouldn’t want it and I was told I’m sorry… didnt even try to offer a solution besides a “sorry” and that represents the service here sorry as hell.

Outside of the order process, this place had excellent customer service. Without a drink, I preferred the chicken sandwich. The representative was perplexed and gave me an additional fry that I had paid for. Since I had never tried this chain before, I didn’t voice any complaints ant checkout. I embrace individuals for who they are and meet them where they are in life. The sandwich was delicious. The flavors were pleasing to me. Since it’s only chicken fingers, I won’t be going back. Only for a catering event would I place an order.

Very tasty chicken fingers and not overly expensive! I had the four piece with the coleslaw. The chicken is very tender and a good cut of breast meat. The Texas toast is very tasty as well. The restaurant is clean and modern. The staff is friendly and attentive. I would be happy to return for another visit.

The first time I had Raising Cane’s was when I lived in Las Vegas. It was delicious then just as it is now. The strips are crispy and have a great texture to them. The Raising Canes dipping sauce is so good and the crinkle cuts fries, when fresh, are one of my favorite fast food fries. Ask for your bread to be buttered and toasted on both sides and thank me later.

Super overrated. Look at what I was given for $11. I know around the corner spots that charge less and give more… Way more!!!! Not a negative on the location which was very busy for lunch, just was expecting more for what I paid. Chicken tenders was maybe a little under done with the lack of chicken bite and just weirdly chewy. Fries where ok, but I barely got any. Bread which I did take a bite was ok but lacked any flavor, just toast.

The chicken was hot and juicy right out of the fryer. I get two pieces of bread instead of coke slaw. Everything with great!

I had Raising Canes for the first time in Arizona. I’m glad to see it coming to the east coast. This particular location did a great job. Friendly service, great tasting food! Keep up the great work.

First time being there. The food was good. The Cole slaw tasted like it was missing something.

As a first-timer at Raising Cane’s Chicken in Philadelphia, I must admit I was underwhelmed by the hype surrounding this establishment. Despite the online buzz about its fantastic sauce and crispy chicken, my experience left much to be desired.
The chicken, while crunchy and moist, lacked flavor and depth, failing to live up to its reputation. The accompanying “Texas toast” had an odd taste, and the crinkle fries, while not terrible, were far from exceptional.
While the sauce provided a much-needed flavor boost, it was disappointing to receive only one serving, particularly when considering the variety of sauces available at other chicken joints like Popeyes. Speaking of which, Popeyes offers superior chicken flavor and a more satisfying array of sauces, making Raising Cane’s pale in comparison.
On the bright side, the staff at Raising Cane’s were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant itself was surprisingly clean, despite its location. However, these positives weren’t enough to compensate for the lackluster food experience.
In conclusion, while Raising Cane’s Chicken may have its loyal followers, my visit left me questioning the hype. For those seeking truly flavorful chicken and a wider sauce selection, alternatives like Popeyes may be a more satisfying choice.
