Great location, dining room, food, outdoor tables and friendly staff! But the Online order for a couple Sammy’s and Drink needs to improve. Waited 15 min before walking to pickup. The Sandwich Status/Process Tracker never worked even though the should be ready by time initially worked. After waiting 7 more minutes in-store for sandwiches to appear on pickup shelf. I checked app and 6 more people walked in. I can understand lunch rush but my sandwiches were sitting on the the toaster in a bag – not on the Pick-up Rack – the whole time. It was a 35 min process.

This place is not handicap accessible. Has stairs to get inside and absolutely no handicapped entrance. And their tables out side are not either. Luckily my mom had her with her kids with so we ordered her sandwich for her. But she had to eat it on her lap. It was not a good experience at all.

The two men working today both washed their hands before serving us and this is the first Subway where I’ve experienced that. Normally I won’t eat at subway because the last 3 times I’ve gone to other locations the employees where the same gloves to make sandwiches, then take peoples credit cards and or go in the back to restock, and not change their gloves! I really appreciated the overall cleanliness and customer service here.

Such a great sandwich shop as your order constructed after ordering. My favorite is the Steak & Cheese including all the veggies including a hint of Ranch dressing. The staff are always cordial & very friendly. Highly recommended for a supreme sandwich experience.

Ask for both Jalapeno AND Banana Peppers if you wish your sandwich to have a bit of a Kick to it!

This location is usually cool. However lately it has been insanely slow paced & unprofessional. I ordered online and it took 2 hours to arrive and I live a block away. (Ordered for my pregnant fiancé) and I tried to cancel the order so I could just pick it up because the wait was so long. It says in the subway app to call the location for cancellation. When I called I was told I could not cancel because it was an online order. My food arrived and was cold and missing meats.I called 2 times and no one answered. Went in and was almost not given a refund. And the sandwich artist served three people before me and toasted my sandwich before the rest of theirs so it was cold and the crust was burnt and he got mad because I wanted it toasted again… I worked for subway for many years when I was younger I love them but this was just awful. The guy was emotional and I don’t think any of this was intentional I seriously think that the person that was working in there did not have a single clue what they were doing. My transaction was smooth and efficient. The employee working did a great job. The major upside to this location is that it is the only Subway downtown I have seen that honors the $6 daily footlong. The rest either do not have it at all or mark it up. Presumably the negative was a blimp from the norm, but while I was there, there was this lady talking on the phone so loudly you could hear here from outside the front door. Annoying enough, but employees did nothing to quiet her. I was there for twenty minutes, and she was there before and after me.
