This Dunkin location is pretty good I would say. It’s a nice place for students to study, and adults to work. The atmosphere is also really nice for a coffee shop! The only thing I don’t really like about it is how it closes at 6 PM, while other locations in the area close at more good times, such as 9 PM. The food, or should I say, doughnuts, are really good, and same with the coffee! The service is also really good, too, which is a big plus!

The 15 minute wait to find out that they not only forgot about my order, they failed to tell me that they were out of the drink I paid for. It didn’t occur to the employee to mention this until after forgetting and I patiently waited for over 15 minutes watching numerous customers who came in after myself and received their drinks. The store was clear of all waiting customer except myself and he then proceeded to tell me that they were out of the drink I ordered after asking where my order was.
I regularly go to numerous different Duncan locations within a 10 mile area. I’ve been going to this location among others for around 5 years. I’ve refrained from writing a review until now because I value my words and my time. But this incident among several others have worn my patience. This has consistently been the worst Duncan location I’ve ever been to over the time span of years. The employees are condescending, carry themselves poorly, and wreak negative energy. In the past, I have received numerous condescending comments about the way I order my drink.
This stores Sunday morning team is atrocious. I’ve been in customer service for a long time myself and I see clearly that this Duncan establishment does not value strong staffing, work ethic, or quality employees in general. I know this quite well, as this location did have a few good employees for a short time whom I now have seen working else where and close by.
It’s unfortunate that the Duncan so conveniently within walking distance of my house is absolutely horrible at what it was put there to do. Publix, across the street, who does not even specialize in this service does far better than this excuse for a coffee shop.
This Duncan location has now become questionable in almost every aspect I can think of. See the contrast in the new renovated style. What was once a bright orange, full of life, and colorful coffee shop is now a lifeless monotone vibe. Depressing.
Atmosphere, food quality, service quality, drink accuracy. I could go on about this establishment and that it will forever be locked in a rancid trench of horrible staffing, horrible service, and horrible quality. Even the good employees take their services elsewhere and so will the customers.

Oddly enough I had a great experience in dunkin today. I say that because I am a Starbucks girlie. Haha. The staff was super awesome. The ladies gave me great suggestions on my food and then brought it out to me hot and fresh. It was super clean and the atmosphere was welcoming. The staff was clearly known by the locals and were always greeted with warm smiles, and returned them with enthusiasm, joy, and excellent service.
I stayed for about 2 hours working while waiting on my friend at the dentist. I enjoyed the entire experience and can see this place being one of my go tos when I need to work outside of home.
Ally & Mona are great and deserved a shoutout

12/1/25: young woman apparently training. There were about 4-5 customers. Woman apparently left him alone to deal with all the orders..he became bewildered and she became VERY NASTY when he went in the back to get her. Very inappropriate way to train anyone.. He was trying very hard to remain calm. She created an extremely hostile situation for the young boy she was supposedly training. It was appalling to me as a former business manager with training responsibilities.

Possibly the worst Dunkin I’ve ever experienced. I went back multiple times over a week because I was in that area. Each day they were out of something basic… No napkins one day… No ketchup for two days…. No pumpkin, jelly or glazed donuts by 11am. The restaurant does not appear very clean.

Saw the Dunkin sign outside and decided to get a breakfast sandwich their. On their window there’s a sign stating free donut with any purchase, on Wednesday only. Went in and asked for that special and was told by the manager it’s no on. I mentioned it shows on the window but she then said it’s for apt purchases only. I’ll attach a phone of the ad here. She explained the $6 menu special took it’s place, so I got that instead. Bacon, Egg and Cheese croissant with a medium coffee and hash browns. When the sandwich was done I asked for ketchup and was informed they’re out of the packets. I sat down on a torn seat bench table and ate my good. The sandwich was good and so we’re the Hashbrowns and Coffee. So 4 stars for the food, 2 for the service and 2 for the atmosphere. When I was seated, a lady came in with a dog stroller and two dogs, Not Service Dogs. She didn’t order anything, she was just there for a table and to use their wifi. I love dogs, have two adopted Westies currently, but I don’t bring the into food establishments. Picture of our fur kids just after we adopted them last year, both 7 years old, and the window sign for the free donut on Wednesday.

1I was treated terribly. I ordered a chicken croissant that cost me $6.78, and they only put a tiny bit of chicken in it. It didn’t have bacon or cheese. A horrible experience. The guy who greeted me was awful.

I ordered an iced decaf around 7:00 pm and it was very stale. The doughnut selection was bad, probably less than a dozen. I like the modern feel. And the easy workspace. The staff was friendly. The furniture is a little shabby and not in a chic way.

Slow service. Sunday morning, long line, crowded. Waited 20 minutes for a simple coffee ordered online. Bathroom was a mess and had no toilet paper!

food is good but staff is not so good. ordered online , went to go pick it up which was about 10-15 minutes after ordering and not one piece of food was ready and walked into everybody just sitting around chit chatting with a dining room that was so dirty nobody wanted to sit in it. only ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 donuts and an Orange juice. won’t be using this location again.
