Mama Geny’s provides traditional Filipino food made entirely plant-based. Our recipes are handed down through generations of our family and made with love. We offer catering services for special occasions and corporate events and are fully equipped to cater for outdoor events, markets and food fairs. We also pride ourselves on not using single use plastics in our food containers or delivery bags.

Incredible food and lovely hospitality!! We had a great time dining here, everything we ordered was such a standout and the service was great. Everything came in a timely manner, Mama Geny herself was so funny and warm and really made the experience so wonderful. Would absolutely come back!

Always a treat to eat here. Very friendly staff and really tasty Philippino entirely vegan food at reasonable prices. A wide range of dishes to choose from and the menu completely changes from time to time, so there’s always something different to try.
They do a fill-your-plate buffet at lunchtime which is a great way to try a little of everything.
They’re slightly back from the sea front so they don’t get nearly as much foot traffic as they deserve. This does mean though you generally won’t need to book ahead.

The staff are really friendly,polite and welcoming with a smile.
The interior is interesting with ground floor bathroom quite mysterious with a lot of things to look at along the way to the toilets.
The English breakfast and iced coffee was amazing, good value for money. Came back the next morning and ordered a chicken and a cheese and salami panini which same with side salad and hummus. Good location as it’s a few minutes walk away from the Hastings beach. Had a nice time.

I love this place! The food is incredible. Came for the lunch deal- fill your plate for £8. The meal was delicious and I left stuffed! I also got the Pan de Choco, which was unbelievable! Lovely owners too. Go visit! I’ll definitely be visiting again soon.

Finally got to eat here, delicious freshly cooked plant based food at a reasonable price. Staff lovely and very welcoming, I can see me working my way through thier menu. Great that it’s open early evening too

Went here on a 4.6 rating and a photo on Google showing latte art. What I got was a standard tall grass latte, cappuccino with no froth, and ok food. Nothing special. Can only assume that there has been a change of ownership or the usual barista has been pinged.

Great little place in a convenient location with great service! Although plant-based, I think the food would appeal to omnivores as well.
I have some odd food sensitivities and the staff was incredibly accommodating.
I had the inihaw, which was just was delicious as it looks!
Some of the reviews on here seem to be for a different restaurant, so please just pay attention to the newer ones if you are considering eating here.
