I ordered to be delivered. Evidently because I don’t tip drivers with my credit card but instead give them cash, the Door Dash driver just set the pizzas on a wet cold porch and didn’t bother to ring the doorbell. They also didn’t use the Papa Johns/ Door Dash tracker, I didn’t find them until I opened the inside house door to make sure I didn’t miss them. Cold pizza my last order from Papa Johns.

My wife and I got food poisoning last time we ordered from here. Got two pizzas – our kids ate the plain cheese, we ate “The Works” (mix of meats and veggies). Within a few hours, my wife and I got really sick with all the telltale signs of food poisoning. I was laid out for 24 hours and my wife for about 2 days.
We’ve ordered from here before over the years and never had any problems with the food or the service, but after this experience, afraid we won’t be ordering from here again.

The accuracy of our order was completely off. Employees remade the pizza (asked for it to be made well done) and it was half baked with the toppings and cheese falling right off. While waiting for my pizza to be remade, employees handed out the wrong pizza to 2 customers and made another order incorrect. No idea what’s going on here but might as well visit another location. To add, we asked for the same toppings across the entire pizza, see the photos below for what the remade pizza actually looked like.

Don’t bother wasting your money if your looking for food at night, I tried to call them 5 times while they are still open and they didn’t bother to pick up or care that this was uneditable a pencil was thicker than my breadsticks

We ordered a 14” bbq chicken pizza. It had about 1 tablespoon of chicken and cost $31 !!! It was tasteless, dry and bland.
Garlic knots are a chocking hazard.
Worst pizza I’ve ever had. 100% will avoid this chain.

Great service, except when you call your pizza in you clearly get connected to some call center which I found lacked the charm and experience of hearing people in the background making pizzas. As for this location though, the workers in the actual store were quick and friendly. The pizza is meh. Ingredients didn’t taste robust and the sauce was meh.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Ordered a pizza for 5pm. They delivered it at 11 am when no one was home. I called the manager to ask them to deliver it at the time o requested and she told me “that’s not my problem” and hung up

I ordered two pizzas and they were delivered to me both burnt and I mean not well done I really mean dark brown burnt!
Called the store and told them and they said there’s nothing they can do for me. They cannot adjust the temperature in the oven and I told them that that’s not how to talk to a customer.
That the problem is not the temperature of the oven. It’s probably how long they stayed in the oven. anyways, very bad experience
