I went to this Burger King location. I usually go to the one in Harker Heights, but I was in this area and decided to stop and get some chicken fries and french fries when I tell you whoever made my order, dumped the whole salt shaker in my fries and gave it to me. I cannot believe the amount of salt that are on these fries and onion rings mind you I got half fries half onion rings . How careless of someone to do something like this what if I was a person who wasn’t able to intake that much amount of salt this is ridiculous. This is unprofessional and this is uncalled for and remind you this is at 10 this morning. Never again

This Burger King location disgraced the Burger King Franchise in every way possible. The first red flag was that we were told to wait at the first drive thru window the entire time. And once we got our food, it was very poorly made. Our fries were soggy, oily, and severely undercooked to the point where we had to cook it more at home to avoid stomachaches. And worse, the meat in our Whoppers were severely undercooked and had no color. Not only does this look unappealing, but it poses a serious health concern as well. (The meat was so underdone we had to cook it more in a pan at home as you can see in the photo). The fact that we had such a terrible experience and that we needed to finish cooking the food at home diminishes the concept of Fast Food and quite frankly, dishonors this franchise as a whole. I’m surprised this place hasn’t shut down yet with the way food is treated here.

This is the most disgusting restaurant I’ve ever been to!!! I ordered breakfast before going to class which is across the parking lot of this establishment. My hash browns were filled to the top and I thought to myself, Winning!!! However, this is what I see when I got to the bottom of the bag, an old bandage!!!!! I called the manager who acted as if he didn’t care and advised that he would remake my breakfast as long as I have the receipt. No sir, you all can have all of this back and return my money. I have never been so disgusted! Omg!!!!!

Having it your way is a suggestion HERE.If I could give 0 stars I would. This was my third time trying them after 2 times of them getting my order wrong. I ordered a mustard, ketchup and pickles only bacon cheeseburger. They made a ketchup and Mayo burger. The cheese wasn’t melted and the meat was dry. I made sure I double checked my receipt and it was STILL wrong with no one there. Won’t ever be back.

They advertise that they have Coke products, but the beverage dispenser has been adjusted to pour VERY little coke syrup and a lot of carbonated water. All the coke products tasted very diluted and the restrooms are filthy. I ordered a dbl whopper meal and a small budger and I asked for ketchup and the have me 3 lil packets. Now I remember why I don’t eat at BK anymore.

I am not new to this vegan plant base life but I’ll humor you anyways. The patty leaves a horrible after taste that I cannot get use too! The customer service can be worked on what’s the purpose of giving me a empty bag and I get a bag with my food at the next window! That’s not productive BK! The cookies they try to upsell are trash. Under baked and greasy. How could you not tell when you put them in the bag is beyond me.
