I just want to give a huge shoutout to Elizabeth at Subway! Every time I swing by, she treats me so well and always makes me feel welcome. She’s such a positive person and someone you genuinely enjoy having a conversation with while your food is being made. She has an amazing attitude and truly cares about giving great service.

On top of that, this Subway location is always super clean and well kept. The counters are spotless, the ingredients look fresh, and everything feels organized and professional. You can tell they take pride in maintaining the store. The food is always made carefully and tastes great every time I order.

Elizabeth truly makes the whole experience even better — her friendliness combined with the clean environment and quality food makes this Subway stand out. Customer service like hers is rare, and it definitely keeps me coming back. Highly recommend this location!

I love using my Subway coupons @ this location! Great service for one person, the ingredients tasted fresh & loved that he toasted my green bell peppers with onion. It gave it a crunchy taste, just sad. just not always clean inside

Second time that Elizabeth take care of my order… I do always place my order on line so be ready when I get there… The 1st. time that Elizabeth help me, I got the few minutes to the schedule pick up frame, she said you have to come at the time of your pick up order was scheduled for… The 2nd. time as always place my order ahead of time, as I got Elizabeth greet at me and I said hi!, but I went straight down to wash my hands as I was walking to the restroom… she raised her voice saying THE RESTROOM IS FOR CUSTOMER ONLY, so I told her I am a costumer my lady…
Her attitude seems to be agressive and not accurate to take care of customers.
I do leave cash tips every time I got my orders but this two times that her service and attitude was not good at all..

I’m in town for work and have order multiple times and each time either my sandwich isn’t made right or it’s unappetizing. Today I ordered and received my sandwich disguised by the way it was made . When I called to speak to manager she was very rude and disrespectful and hung up on me .

This subway has recently invented a new policy where you cannot modify toppings that you get on your sandwiches. Literally no other subway has this. See photo to see what I’m talking about, this is not an official sign and they typed it up themselves.

Money grabbers. I ordered sandwiches and while paying for my order I provided a coupon. I was told by cashier Jesus that I couldn’t use the coupon. I asked why and he said because “we don’t take them anymore and it’s been this way for a while”. I said that is not true because I used a coupon at the same location a week and a half prior. He said “well I don’t know why they let you”. He said, “my manager said we couldn’t take them anymore”. I said where is your signage that says coupons cannot be used. He said a customer ripped it down. I said interesting, well why didn’t you all put up another sign. He then shrugged his shoulders. I further explained that their advertisements and coupons are what draws the attention of customers and I wouldn’t have ordered what I ordered if I knew you couldn’t use coupons. I would have preferred to go to another Subway or restaurant who were more appreciative of their customers. Any Subway who does not participate in accepting coupons have signage posted before ordering. Jesus attitude was very nonchalant and rude. He completely lied to me as well as I used a coupon at the location with another worker. On a brighter note, the employee who made the sandwiches was a sweet guy and customer friendly. Jesus helped the worker make my sandwiches after they wetr toasted and he was rude then as well. He was abrupt, gave one word responses and lacked personality. I will never visit this location again.

It was the worst experience of my life! Being Vegetarian and highly sensitive to allergies. This establishment mixes everything.. it was scary..if someone is allergic to things they would definitely get allergic reaction. She took cheese that was on top of a meat, and reput back right back in the container after it was already on the sandwich with stuff in it…

I told the lady that it’s food and you should be hygenic.. and careful with allergies.. you cant mix things like this…she yelled at me and told me that’s ‘how she does it’. Big reg flag.. Her name is ELIZABETH, and she claims to be the owner.

Extremely rude, unapologetic, unprofessional and unhindered.

She did this in front of me, I am scared to think what she is doing when someone is not watching

The worst service I ever had!!! We ordered online and our sandwiches was ready to pick up but the guy said no order from us. My husband told him the name and showed him the online order and he says can’t help. He ask him to make it bc we already paid for it. The guys keep saying can’t help. There were three sandwiches sitting on the counter my husband asked him from the beginning but he kep saying no. Eventually my husband told him that is our food with the name he gave to him. It took ten minutes to get our food and I was late for my work thanks to him!
