Drive-thru order
Burger king needs step it up. I always liked the whopper and original chicken sandwich but it’s not worth the long waits (for no reason), (there is usually 1 or 2 people there at a time), and room temp food. The servie staff just gives the impression they want you gone. This is not the only burger king like this. There are quite a few.

I went through the drive thru today and the black lady at the drive through was very rude and disrespectful i asked for an item that i didn’t realize was discontinued and she snapped at me and told me this is burger king not McDonald’s then another lady interrupted her and said dont do all that just say no and it upset the lady further. Now i dont want to go there again and its her fault if u are not happy stay at home. I will if i can reach a dm or corporate about this matter because im sure the sm allows this nonsense.

We are staying here for the weekend. Camping. Stopped yesterday and the food was amazing. Everything was hot. Today, well, let the photo speak for the fries. Cold and what looks like leftover fries from someone’s trash. You can see pieces of fries chewed on. Also some lettuce pieces. Mind you we did order a kids meal as well with the same fries. We didn’t obviously eat the fries. Will never return to this location. The lady at the window was so nice too. It’s a shame. Bk could smash McDonalds with consistency. However, this is what you get.

Management: I don’t need a free meal or an apology. Take this as a reminder of what happens when you don’t manage and who you hire. Pay better?

I make this review out of concern. I came by for breakfast today. At the window I was asked by the girl to move up. Yes, I agree I was in the wrong. I should’ve just moved up but there was a long line waiting for food and no one in the drive thru. The manager came to the window and said “I’m tired of you people, you can have your money back” along with quite a few hateful comments. So, I continued to wait to get my money. 20 min later he comes to the window and states if I want my money back I can come inside and get it myself. Police were called. I will never be back. Idk what kind of hate they are promoting but I will not support it.

The co-workers at this restaurant have absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS on top of that they’re always asking for you to move forward after ordering your food..I can’t believe this restaurant still stands..oan: one more rude response from any of the co-workers and I won’t be nice.

Ever since this location got new management, the improvement has been very noticeable. The service is faster, the staff is friendlier, and everything feels much more organized. Definitely a big step up from before

The dining room is nearly dark, and feels gloomy. Staff tend to be slow in completing orders. And regularly asks drive through customers. To pull up and park. One shift manager, Nicole, never uses gloves. While preparing the sandwiches. The GM has been informed of complaints. Yet doesn’t correct the problems. Don’t risk your health eating here.

I’m amazed this location is still open, with all the incompetent employees.
Waiting time in drive thru is at least 20 minutes. And simple croissant sandwich with no cheese is too hard to understand. No cheese.
