I’ve tried to be patient with this new location, but unfortunately, my experiences haven’t been positive. Today was the last straw—I won’t be returning. I ordered a hot tea, which I do every day, and asked the employee at the window if she could double-cup it because it’s extremely hot. She responded that they aren’t allowed to do so, even though other locations always double-cup my drink, and this place did it just two days ago without me even asking. When she handed me the cup, it collapsed and spilled hot tea on my hand—the very reason I wanted two cups! It’s frustrating that Starbucks would risk customer safety over saving a few cents on an extra cup. At least get better cups if you’re going to be cheap.

Tall gentleman who took my order had great customer service. I asked about 20 questions to narrow down the language for what I wanted. He took it all in stride and actively helped. Lady after me also got no judgement for her requests.

Parking lot has an odd setup, but interior is very nice.

First time at this location, I had been going to another one close to work twice a week for 3 years, and this is the worst beverage I have ever drank.. I’m sure it wasn’t coffee. I ordered a latte made with heavy cream… Taste like skim milk with used grounds. If I hadn’t had to go to work I would have taken this stuff back. I threw it away because I had no idea what this was! $7 for nothing. I will stick to the other one I go to.

Just got my usual drink at this Starbucks, a caramel ribbon crunch, and it’s horrible. It basically tastes like sweet water. I’ve literally never had one this bad and I drink this weekly. I wouldn’t advise even my worst enemy to go here. 7$ for literal garbage. Even left a tip which I greatly regret because it was entirely undeserved.
