There was only one worker working. The food wasn’t edible. We took it back for a full refund. Salad was soggy and our bread on our sandwhiches tested a week old. Veggies soggy also. This used to be a decent location but that is no longer.

Ordered from this store tomite and my order was wrong and all ingredients fell off of it as soon as I unwrapped it. Called the store and talked to the young man and he told that he would remake it. I went up there to get my sandwich and had pictures of the first sandwich. Than the lady that was there started problems with me and did nothing but fight and argue with me. Than preceeded to tell me that they want the sandwich back. So my bf brought the sandwich back for the second time and no where is the second sandwich right either. This store is so horrible for service. I have put pictures of the first one and now the second one.

The issue with this store is the pick up from mobile orders. They never double check before giving the food out and have had my order given to other customers on two separate occasions. Its kinda crappy to order ahead and still have to wait for my food because someone else took it.

I ordered online last Friday. When I went to pick up, they said they were closed due to the power going out and could not refund me or make my sandwich. I was still charged for the food. I went back to the store when the power was on and was told they could not refund me in the store and gave me a number to call. No one answers the number I was given. It’s been a week now and still no refund. Poor customer service. I won’t be back.

I used to love this Subway because of how handy it is to my house and easy to grab. However the last two times I’ve been the employees have been sitting on the curb right in front of the door smoking. I didn’t even get out of my vehicle. Workers shouldn’t be smoking at the front door where people are trying to walk in and order food. Completely unprofessional and disgusting. I’m sure I’m not the only one that has witnessed this and drove away.

Stopped in at 10:33 last night with several family members had a large group. Young chap named Loren took our order . Treated us like gold even though it was close to closing time . When we finished our order his kindness was a true blessing! And he done great on our order. Building was clean . Highly recommend this Subway !!!! 10 star plus some !!!

Let me tell you, Not. That. Great! I feel awful for the workers here. The service itself was fine. The workers diligent, but what ruined my day had to have been the manager that runs the place. When I tell you there were clear signs of her being drunk. I mean it. I was VERY uncomfortable and have 0 intention of ever coming back. The mistreatment her staff endures is unbelievable. She is seen yelling and berating them for no valid reason. If it weren’t for the pity I felt for these workers, I would give 0 stars!!
