My co workers and I usually order good food from here. This was our go to for such a while. Their veggie sandwich was amazing and toasted panini bread is the best I’ve ever had. Unfortunately one of my coworker found a thin shred of glass in her salad- I chose to ignore it and thought to myself – it’s hearsay. I did not see it with my own eyes and therefore decided to not assume the worst. Then we ordered our usual sandwiches and my coworker order her usual #18 sandwich. As she was eating she decided to open just to lighten up the pesto (remove some) and unfortunately she found a little bug. It moved when she touched it. Sadly I was there at work that day and witnessed it myself. I’ve never seen this kind of bug before but it looked like almost a yellow ladybug to give you a visual. I would’ve enjoyed the sight of that creature on a leaf BUT DEF NOT IN A SANDWICH. It made me question the cleanliness. The other thing is if you buy snacks or something that’s sealed- check expiration date, I’ve bought expired items and noticed later on and so has my coworker. Anyways I posted a photo for you to see with your eyes but you have to zoom in because it almost blends in. We will not be going there anymore and are saddened that we had to give up a place so convenient and closeby. Anyways that’s my review for you. Make sure you inspect your food before you eat it that’s all.

I remember when this place first opened and the quality of food was great but now I don’t see a reason in purchasing any food here. They overcharge for their sandwiches and they aren’t even tasteful, you’re better off buying ingredients from happy farm or stop and shop and making your own food in my opinion.

Quality has failed immensely.
There’s a difference between a toasted hero/roll then friggin pressing it on their grill and turning everything into a panini. I got a BEC the other day and it was legit less then 3/4″ thick bc he pressed my roll that was supposed to be toasted.
Before that I got I a chicken cutlet and same thing I asked for a roll toasted and they press it in the grill to a point it’s not edible it cuts the roof of your mouth. Toasted means toasted not pressed on the grill Mr Tony…..

I am a regular customer, I order from here on average 1-2 times a week. I placed an order on the website, it said 20 min for it to be ready. I show up to pick up the order and I asked if it was ready. The man at the counter said “no. how did you order? Uber eats?” I said no, on your website and its paid for and proceed to show my webpage with the order. He asked me what I ordered and I started to tell him when he took an ipad off of a shelf and started shaking it and pressing it in an effort to I guess restart it. He walked away from speaking to me with no explanation. I stood there for 5 minutes patiently and then he came back to the counter with, we will start to get it ready. I waited another 15 minutes inside the deli for my food to be ready with no apology. Unacceptable. There should have been an apology irregardless of it being an issue of inattentiveness to the order or a system error. I was ignored and the situation was handled poorly.

Do you guys realize there prices. Box pasta $5.99 you can buy 6 pasta two blocks down at Stop n Shop. Instant coffee $30. Unbelievable there ripping people off. DONT BE FOOLED. They also add a additional. 50 cents to alot of products sodas, chip, candies. This is price gouging. I will be reporting them to NYC dept of consumers protection. I will be keeping updates for all . Oh I forgot they charge 10.99 to 11.99 for a sandwich with very little product. They think there being sly using all bread. DONT BE FOOLED GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this establishment since the day they opened and have spent a lot of my hard earned money here. Tonight I ordered the fresh mozzarella panini since it had all of the fixings that none of their other sandwiches provided and I added chicken to it. If you look closely at the menu all of their paninis are priced at $10.99 WITH or WITHOUT meat. Same condiments, same bread, same protein choice. It doesn’t matter it’s listed for $10.99! Yet, the employee behind the register decided to charge me $3 for “extra meat”. When I explained this to him he just told me there’s nothing he can do about it and it’s because I added the meat so he has to charge for it. So I told him to charge me for a regular chicken panini and take everything off of it and put the same condiments the one that I wanted has on it.. he just said he can’t do that. Very unfair and just a rip off of peoples money. Stop charging for B.S. !

So we keep forgetting to try ’em, until today.
Grabbed the tofu philly and the veggie patty tozt.
I usually hate crispy panini bread, but these were just the right amount of “toast” while still soft and fresh warm that held together a delicious smothered veggie patty sammy with just the right amount of HEAT.
The tofu philly was fantastic. Had a really good sauce – think it may have been chipotle. Either way delicious stuff.
Staff was very friendly. Told us they’re 24hrs (gotta remember that), pani puri SAT and SUN after 5! And they’ve also got fresh juices, coconut water, sugar cane water.
Really nice NY style neighborhood sammy spot. At least for myself as a vegetarian who NEVER finds good sammys. I’m sure the meat eaters will do just fine here as well. Hah!
Seems they also run the restaurant next door – so gonna have to try that soon enough.
