Update. We always get the nutty smoothie at this location or downtown Bethesda. But at this location which seems to be inconsistent many times and watered down. And the food seems always better and more consistent at Bethesda location

I visited this location this past Wednesday and might I say the most amazing service I’ve received since being in town again. I travel a lot for work and the last time I was here a few months ago it wasn’t a great visit. But one of the team members, Laura provided an excellent source of information and I truly felt heard and seen. THIS is what food service should be like. Also the suggestion she made for the sandwich toppings WOW! (I believe it was the club sandwich with pickles, jalapeños & Tabasco, and others I cannot recall but) She really knows what she’s talking about. She may not be a manger yet but the way she handled everything with all my questions and concerns, she definitely should be !!!! Thank you Joe and the Juice !!

The food here is good. The service is not! Both times I’ve been here it’s taken 20 minutes just to get my food. Employees are super nice but too slow. Normally I wouldn’t be too annoyed but the food here is extremely pricey so I would expect better.

Did an online order for bended coffee and it was very gritty. After leaving it out, I saw it has a significant amount of coffee grounds in it. My boyfriend also got some drinks (a smoothie and chai) that were also not worth the money unfortunately. very sad 🙁

I am a frequent customer of Joe n the Juice, but recently have been dissatisfied with a lack of food considering how expensive it is. My $15 Açaí bowl came very small, only filled up less than halfway. Very disappointing. Next time I will be sure to leave an in-person review and ask for it to be remade.
