I just want to say that Brian, the manager at the 54 location, is great! He is always so smiley and didn’t complain when I placed an order for 30 pizzas on a short notice. When we had a little payment miscommunication during what was probably their Friday night dinnertime rush, he got on the phone and got it straightened out quickly. So if anyone knows Brian, tell him he’s great at what he does.

Poor communication. Google and DoorDash said they were open. We waited over an hour for the order to be told they’ve been closed. Even said my order was prepared. Update early closing times and it wouldn’t be a problem.

Hey… it’s papa johns pizza, not some mom and pop pizzeria. You know what your getting, for the most part.. every time. Service is always convenient, timely, and unlike alot of services they maintain the belief that the customer is always right. So don’t call with a mouth you wouldn’t kiss your momma with, and enjoy the improvements of service due to an excellent area supervisor. Serving henderson, Owensboro, and Evansville.

Last night we placed an order, two large one topping pizzas one was a cheese with extra cheese the other was beef, an order of bread sticks , cheese sticks and a cookie pie, Cheese pizza was alright I had to put it back in the oven because the cheese wasn’t melted in the middle… Bread sticks and cookie was good .. the cheese cups I had to go back in for they forgot them not a huge deal BUT THE BEEF PIZZA … They gave us PORK … we cannot eat pork it’s against our religious beliefs!!!

I’m not one to complain. However, my mother had ordered a pizza as a surprise. So when I got a knock at the door I was a bit surprised. The man who delivered the pizza looked annoyed and irritated. He asked me to sign. After finding out it was my mom who ordered I signed her name. Well when I say this delivery driver made it clear that he didn’t get a tip. I mean he made it known. He turned around and huffed and puffed as loud as he could and rolled his eyes and walked away while he was shaking his head. For one, I didn’t know if my mom has already tipped or not. Two, I didn’t order the food with my card. I’m tipping off someone else’s card. I understand if you was expecting a tip. But throwing a fit.. really. If I would’ve done that work. I would’ve been fired immediately. Not to mention the food is mediocre.

Called the number for the Hwy 54 location to order a pizza and had to call twice to get someone to pick up. When they did, the woman sounded foreign, was hard to understand, and continually tried to upsell me. Terrible call experience. Pretty sure it was a call center even though it was the local number.

Order was perfect and I am glad that PJ’s own delivery driver was able to deliver my order rather than DoorDash. I drove for DD myself and never felt right taking Pizza delivery orders from places with dedicated drivers. They deserve all the tips they receive and more!
