Very helpful the manager has a great team they always know what i want. Always fast and friendly service. My food is always fresh. The store is always clean. They always welcome you and makes you feel like home. I highly recommend if you haven’t we too Dunkin on the drive you are missing out. So go to Dunkin on the drive if you want good fast and friendly service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thanks to the staff that makes my morning start off great.

Dunkin was great but has slipped recently, orders wrong, served soured tea, on more than one occasion…sadly I cannot take my business back to this location, I tried one last time and was given soured tea again and order was not right…I use the drive thru so when I got to work called repeatedly and could not get anyone, left a message with my name and number and no one ever reached out to me…been over a month and have not been back since…the new scooters being built hopefully can do better, in a town with multiple coffee shops you think dunkin would at least have called me back to correct the mistake…love there coffee and when they opened it was great but has really gone downhill since. Makes me sad

Went in at 7:25am and ordered in the drive through and left with cold food at 7:45am. Three people who came through the drive thru after me left before I did, and most of those people ordered more than what I did, I only spent $5.50. The girl delivering food was kind but I don’t know what happened to make something that usually takes 5 minutes take 4x the amount of time.

Always friendly and makes you feel @ home. My food is always made fresh and I never order the same drink but it is always made great and fresh. I highly recommend this Dunkin.The staff is always nice. The place is also always clean.

This review is for the Rainbow City Dunkin’ Donuts. The food was good, as I expected from Dunkin’. However, I saw that my coffee had been prepared but not placed in the in-store pickup bin promptly. Consequently, when I got it, it was only moderately warm. Fortunately, I used the restaurant after I finished eating because it was atrocious.

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon with my sister and kids for a quick snack before thrifting. There were only 2 people working and they were both silent …no greeting customers, no pleasantries and no smiles. They threw our food on the counter. We waited a very long time to get our food and drinks even though there was no one else in the store. Very disappointing experience and won’t be back

The manager Brittany at the Rainbow City store is great! Never had an issue when she has been there. She is what makes that store run smoothly and without her I see the store going downhill fast. Brittany would be a wonderful GM if she ever wanted to move up and yall are lucky to have her.

All three of the girls working on January 1st in the afternoon sucked! None of them said hello, or be right with you. Instead, they were all looking at each other like, “Not it!” We stood at the counter a long time. I shouldn’t have spent one single dime, but my kids wanted it. Usually, I haven’t had an issue at this location, but I’ll support another doughnut shop if the owner doesn’t address this.

First time trying the new Duncan, my ice coffee was great. Got all the way home, opened up my sandwich, and it’s burnt, dry, and flaking apart. High disappointed. I can understand the new store is busy, but this is an obvious mistake, an employee should have known an realized this isn’t something that should have been served.

The latest got was on and stopped to get donuts. Sat in line with two cars before me. Sat there 30 minutes before receiving ou order. Coffee was barley warm and donuts cold and the young lady was rud as hell.
