On February 1, 2026, I placed an order consisting of four items. After waiting and not receiving my food, I brought this to the staff’s attention. At that point, they realized their receipt paper had run out and only one item from my order had printed, which is why my full order was never prepared. Because I was on my lunch break and had already spent over 20 minutes trying to resolve the issue, I requested a refund.
I was informed that a refund could not be issued because the manager was not present. After later speaking directly with the manager, I was told I needed to return the following day and that she would be there to issue my refund.
I returned the next day as instructed, only to be told that the manager was not scheduled to work that day contradicting what I was previously told. The associate contacted the manager by phone and put me on with her. She stated that my refund had been issued and would take up to three days to process. This was false. The associate later confirmed that no refund had been issued and again stated that the manager needed to be physically present to process it. I was told the manager Sonia was scheduled to work Wednesday and to return then.
This means I was repeatedly given incorrect information and misled by management. Additionally, the manager’s conduct was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. When I informed her that I would be contacting upper management, her response was, “Do whatever you want, I don’t care.”
Not only is this the worst management experience I have had, but it is also unfair and inappropriate to put associates in situations that are clearly beyond their control due to management’s lack of accountability.
They also did not add the bbq sauce included in the burger.
They were not busy.
I used go here when I shopped at the mall. Using stale bread is pretty bad. Can’t say I’ll return.
Out of all the places to eat in the food court at Alderwood Mall, for some reason I always gravitate towards Cali Burger. I mean, they’re alright, but I usually get some french fries, and a cali double burger with bacon and grilled onions. Presentation wise, everything looks pretty similar to In-N-Out, but taste wise, not so much. The burger is kind of bland and really lacks texture and flavors. I really wished the buns were toasted, but I do appreciate the generous amount of lettuce. The fries on the other hand are pretty good though. They’re pretty crisp and have a very delicous and generous amount of seasoning!
Overall, everything is just alright, but still satisfies my needs. It definetly is the closest substitute to In-N-Out up here in Washington, but again, nothing like In-N-Out.
Attached is the picture of folks who are working today Dec 15th.
you are witnessing the great burger scam worthy of alex jones.
Over the past 15 years i have witnessed the shrinkage of burger patty.
“They” are steling our thickness.
burger patty used to be same thickness as the bread bun
now its less than half of the thickness of bread
short version: there is less meat and more carbs in your burgers today
oh and the fries also have no flavor
Just taste like salted paper
