We travel a lot this way for work and the pregnant lady in the Subway here is so nice and always has her area so neat and clean, it’s actually quite impressive. The rest of the store is always kept neat and clean, bathrooms are always clean and associates are always nice.

Just went to pick up an online order and received nothing but excuses and attitude. They didn’t have the meat for a sandwiches in a sandwich shop… Then Abby chose to roll her eyes at me and ignore my questions as she gave me a refund. The manager, Gene? gave attitude and excuses as to why my order said it was ready, when in fact it was never started. This is the second visit in as many weeks that they didn’t have sandwich making supplies or abilities. And, the last time my money will be spent here.

This Subway is SO good that I refer to the employees as my Subway angels. They go above and beyond EVERY SINGLE TIME! You know how great they are? They write sweet messages on our Subway bag when we do pickup. They have NEVER messed up an order – and I have a picky order. John and Brianna – have to name drop because they are just the sweetest people ever! All the staff there is wonderful. If you’re in the Valley or driving through, don’t hesitate to stop in. They’ll treat you like family.

Someone show these people how to order meatballs on their food order! Employees are rude and too lazy to prep once out of an item. Did you know it only takes eight minutes to cook up some more meatballs? Can’t be too hard Seth and Abby.
