We ordered online 30 mins ahead of time so our food would be ready, arrived and told to stand in line behind 9 people, told her to cancel order and refund, she said to get in line and she would cancel in about 20 mins. I went to car and left and immediately got a text that said my food was ready, repeatedly went to website and they did not refund. No use ordering online at this location cause they will just make you wait in line anyway

The service was disappointing. The woman who’s been working there for years was rude and unpleasant throughout the visit. I watched her struggle to remake our simple online order several times. When we got home, neither sandwich had cheese, and the one that was supposed to be toasted wasn’t. I don’t know how ham and turkey sandwiches end up with roast beef, but here we are. Until shes gone- i will not be back. She’s drowned my sandwiches in sauce one too many times (if ya know, ya know).

put in an online order at 2 for 230. Showed up at 2:45. They hadn’t started. Waited another 10 for my 6”. Got a small drink… no lids… pepsi 0 was flat and flavorless. Given everything up to that point, I didn’t complain and just accepted the mediocraty.

Eveytime I come here they get something wrong. Its either they forgot the cheese or a condiment, or they drench it in sauce when you say light sauce. I’m sick of it and won’t be eating here anymore.
I recommend eating elsewhere unless you dont mind paying full price for 3/4 of your sandwich.
Just look at the older reviews, very telling.
Though i will say that a majority of the staff are nice!

All of the food they serve is excellent. But be careful placing a to go order. Every single time I have called ahead something is either missing or wrong. The staff does not clearly read details when ordering online or through the app. You have to be specific when ordering or having your sandwich toasted. Instead of putting bacon on top of the sandwich so it cooks and gets crispy, 99% of the time they will place bacon on the sandwich first, leaving it limp and chewy. Also, sometimes the salad, spinach and tomatoes look… Questionable to say the least. Soggy, brown sometimes the tomatoes are actually partially frozen. Little care is taken into making the sandwiches themselves, rough handling, tearing bread, and sloppily placing ingredients on to the bread. When it’s made right with fresh ingredients and by someone who takes pride in their work, it’s one of my favorite places to eat as their soup is always fantastic. Probably because all you have to do is heat it up and keep it hot. And GOOD LUCK getting soup after 5 pm. Apparently when it’s gone for the day, it’s gone. Maybe it’s just the Spearfish, SD location, but it’s always hit or miss. I also will never place an order on the app ever again as it’s always wrong. Service is always 50/50 as well. Today I had to wait several minutes while the woman behind the counter told me, “You’re going to have to wait.” As she stacked cookies. Then the girl that ended up serving me clearly had somewhere else to be, (I can’t blame her, but that’s no excuse for poor customer service.) If I gave service and treated people like that at my job, I’d be fired. She then also tried to charge me extra for a drink, even though the cupon I used included a drink and chips with the deal.
Like I said, the food is excellent when made right. But the customer service and some (not all) of the employees either need to be trained better or replaced.

I ordered a sandwich on the subway app. I had it delivered, with contact less delivery. The instructions were to leave it at my door. The doordash person sat in my driveway for 7 minutes. She never got out of the car, never attempted to call me. As she was leaving the driveway, she marked my sandwich as returned to store because she could not get ahold of me. I tried calling subway,but it’s an automated system, with no option to talk to a real person. It said I could leave a voice-mail.

I come to this Subway pretty regularly, always clean, always good service, usually a good spot for a quick lunch. Today I didn’t even get lunch. Today I didn’t even get greeted. I’ve worked in customer service, I get being busy and having other task but I don’t have any idea what was going on today there. I came in, one employee was refilling things and another was finishing an online order, no big deal. The one employee never stopped filling things or even look up to acknowledge my existence. The employee that was doing the online order finish that up and proceeded to start felling things then too. I was kind of surprised that I didn’t even get a hi or just a minute, not even eye contact, I stood there for a few minutes not thinking much of it but nothing changed and I left. I don’t know what happened today.
